Consumer Complaint: There is no way that these companies investigated this student loan. The same information continues to report on my credit. I honestly don't believe I was late and I don't agree with the total balance that they are reporting on my credit. It continues to report several inaccuracies among the 3 credit reporting agencies from the last student loan company. How is that possible? For example, Each bureau reports that I was late on a different date Also, Hows it possible that youve reported me 90 days late with no late payments prior to that?

This was known as XXXX XXXX Most employers find their license laughable. And wont even accept them or look at you. Consumer Complaint: According to my promissory notes signed by my cosigner and myself for my UNDERGRADUATE LOANS, there is no language that stipulates a deferment amount of 120 months for an undergraduate loan or on any other paperwork support their deferment policy. Also, you will see on my attached paperwork that our disbursement does match the amount we had signed for. XXXX did not fulfill their contractual obligation and therefore, it should be voided. The amount of loan should be charged off and any payments made on behalf of the loan should be refunded.

Consumer Complaint: I obtained a loan through XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX ca via XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX, from my understanding, obtained the loan through XXXX XXXX. By XX/XX/XXXX, i hadnt received any services from XXXX XXXX I informed XXXX and they told me i had to speak with the XXXX company. I spoke with them and called XXXX again on XX/XX/XXXX. At that time i was given specific instructions on writing to request a refund from proceed finance. I was told i personally had to cancel the loan and request a refund of what Ive paid to XXXX. The letter requests a refund within XXXX to XXXX business days. XX/XX/XXXX, i called to follow up. I spoke with XXXX and XXXX, as well as a supervisor named XXXX. XXXX was helpful and promised to email the department that issues the refunds. I spoke with XXXX and she told me there wasnt nothing she could do to speed up any process of refunding what Ive paid them. She said it was unfortunate that i received erroneous information from the person that suggested 5 to 10 business days for processing. I then spoke with XXXX, t the supervisor. He found the refund in the system and suggested i would probably receive it the next week but he couldnt promise a day. XX/XX/XXXX i spoke with XXXX. She also saw my refund in the system but had no answer as to when i would receive my refund. She promised to email the department again that issues the checks and to also file a complaint on my behalf with the supervisor, XXXX XXXX who should give me a call back, and also with XXXX XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and i still have not received any call backs nor refund.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I asked NELNET to consolidate my student loans into one loan to facilitate my payments and account monitoring. They started the consolidation process immediately and advised me to not post any payment to any of the loans during that process so that the final number will be accurate. It took them 3 months to complete the consolidation. In early XX/XX/XXXX i was informed that the loans were consolidated into a single loan that I start paying as agreed and which is current to this date. To my surprise, NELNET sent to the credits bureau in the same month of XX/XX/XXXX that iI was 90 late on two of the account they consolidated. I had five loans and did not make a single payment to any of the loans during the consolidation as i was advised to do, I do not understand why they reported the accounts late nor why only two of the five accounts. As consequence to their reporting of two account 90 days late, my credit score plummeted from low XXXX XXXX to low XXXX on all 3 credit bureaus. I went back and forth with NELNET the whole year XXXX and was not successful having that error corrected. I XX/XX/XXXX, I refinance the loan with XXXX XXXX and was told by NELNET that the new servicer will not report the late payment. Despite showing NELNET accounts closed on my credit report, the two 90 days late payment are still showing on my credit report, keeping my credit score low and more importantly preventing me from having access to any type of loan. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my income decreased and I wanted to move my family to a cheaper house but I am unable to secure a lease nor a mortgage with that negative mark on my credit. I will also mention that those two late payment are the only ones reported on my credit. I have always managed to maintain my payment current. I need help to have NELNET corrects the error on my credit report. thank you.

Consumer Complaint: When we got the loan they added a lien for the full amount. We refinanced a few months ago and they were paid in full. As a matter of fact they were overpaid by XXXX thru the Escrow comoany. I have been calling them and calling them to send me a refund and they keep giving me excuses as to why they will not refund my credit balance. Even after they sent me a statement showing paid they still will not issue my refund. I have spoken to managers and keep getting the run around and still no refund has been issued. It has been over 2 months since we closed and they were paid in full

Looking further into it I noticed loans that I never took out. I called XXXX and they had information on file that was not mine. I have never lived in XXXX, West Virginia nor have I ever had that number. They instructed me to call NelNet for help resolving my Identity Theft case. NelNet was extremely rude. They told me I would received an email about what steps to take to resolve my issue. I have not received said email
