Consumer Complaint: XXXX of my accounts with the student loan servicer, Nelnet, is incorrectly reported on my credit reports. Between XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, these accounts are listed as 90 days or 120 days late on my credit report ; meanwhile they should have been in deferment. Ive filed a claim with the servicer in XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, they determined that the information will remain the same, even though it is inaccurate. They also failed to provide evidence that proves or substantiates the inaccuracies, or any copies of the documents they used in their investigation. For the third attempt, I have sent them a notarized letter on XX/XX/XXXX listing all accounts that were affected, with a copy of my credit reports from the three bureaus.

Consumer Complaint: My loan was sold from XXXX to Nelnet in XX/XX/XXXX. The issue is that I had consolidated and sold my loans from Nelnet to XXXX several years back. When XXXX sold my loans back to Nelnet instead of treating it like a new loan they dropped it back into my closed accounts. The problem being that Nelnet failed to report my loan for almost a full year. It showed up as of XX/XX/XXXX and according to their systems and my credit report has been open since XX/XX/XXXX. When my account from XXXX was closed it was XXXX $ my current loan amount with Nelnet is XXXX XXXX

Consumer Complaint: Loan was switched to a different servicer and effected my credit score. DEBT COLLECTOR has violated my consumer rights. I am exercising my rights as a consumer. I do not know who this company is and I have no contract with them. I do not know how they got my location information, name, or SSN. This is a violation of FDCPA and Truth and lending. There is no verification of debt attached to this statement which came through the mail. This company has attacked my credit report and I do not authorize any false statements upon my credit report. It is damaging to me and public trust. I am federally and state protected consumer pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1692a ( 3 ) The term consumer means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. In Fact Pursuant 18 U.S. Code 8 I the natural person I am not obligated by federal law to pay a debt DEBT COLLECTOR are in violation of my consumer rights pursuant to 15 U.S. Code Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ),. Fact ORIGNAL CREDITOR has violated Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.Code 1692b Acquisition of location information by acquiring my place of abode and not contacting me the consumer before. Fact DEBT COLLECTOR Violated Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) 15 U.S.Code 1692c Communication in connection with debt collection ( a ) Communication with the consumer generally ; Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt. Consumer Complaint: Full consolidation loan payoff was made on XX/XX/22 that was in excess of the then outstanding balance by {$1000.00}. After an already lengthy waiting period, the excess should have been refunded but still remains outstanding. I have made numerous requests to get the balance refunded to no avail ; it's always processing or awaiting approval. At this point I consider this theft. I've dutifully paid interest for years ... will I receive XXXX months of interest for their unapproved loan?

Their website tells me they were paid an excess over XXXX XXXX and to call to see if it can be refunded to me. I have called approximately XXXX times and have gotten a different answer each time. Their staff is rude and incompetent. No one can or will tell me how to receive a refund of the excess.

Consumer Complaint: I have called XXXX XXXX student settlement XX/XX/XXXX about the settlement notice they had sent me in the mail about the XXXX XXXX XXXX fileing XXXX XXXX bankruptcy and they had to close the school on XX/XX/XXXX and they said i was supposed to get my refund back from XXXX i was a student there because they closed XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and i did, t get my refund back like they said I the notice they sent me in the mail about that and most of they need to be investigated for telling me lies about getting my financial aid refund back for the the credits I have on file with the us state government and federal financial aid office as soon as possible or be held accountable for it in the highest court of the law.
