Consumer Complaint: I have been actively speaking with people for over two years trying to resolve this issue I have Recently spoken with XXXX in the fraud department for XXXX because I have sent in FTC reports, as well as police reports proving these accounts are fraudulent and I have yet to get a fair resolution it has been well over 90 days since i have spoken with XXXX and all of these accounts have inaccurate information, its unverifiable, and they are also violating 15 U.S. code 1692g ( 4 ) validation of debt ; 15 U.S. code 1681 ( b ) they are violating plenty of my consumer rights. XXXX and XXXX have worked quickly to remove the accounts, only XXXX have not removed the fraudulent accounts.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX. I received a call from Navy federal credit union stating they suspected fraud on my checking account that ends in XXXX. I realized at the time my bank card XXXX was missing from my wallet. I called in to confirm my card was missing and the transactions on the account were not mine. In the mean time my card was cancelled and I was issued a credit within two weeks for the fraud that had occurred. On XX/XX/XXXX There was a reversal on my account of {$810.00}. I called in to figure out what the adjustment was and was informed the fraudulent transactions were determined not to be fraud. I am uncertain on how they came to this conclusion. Navy federal has not provided any documentation showing I provided any signatures. I am certain my pin number was not utilized. Furthermore the card was swiped multiple times since it was cancelled. I would like for Navy federal to make this make sense to me. Have they contacted the merchant to have video footage removed? has any legal action been taken? How did they come to this conclusion? What efforts were taken to fully investigate this? The charges clearly are not mine. I don't even shop or go to the places the card was used. No one from navy federal can provide any supporting evidence. I submitted a request to re-open my case and have not heard a single thing.

Consumer Complaint: Notice to File a Complaint XX/XX/XXXX Ref : Complaint for deceptive and predatory financial practices. Dear Sir or Madam, The complaint I am filing against Navy Federal Credit Union involves Unfair Restrictions on Account Access and misleading and deceptive practices. Additionally, it involves public reporting of fraudulent claims against me for debts on accounts that have already been paid, and billing errors. As a result, I have been denied credit with other corporations. Despite having trusted Navy Federal Credit Union with my credit/accounts, they have refused to send me tax documents, paper statements, and invoices for all accounts on file. After being charged twice in the same month, I feel targeted. In a dispute with a merchant who never sent items paid for, they refused to refund the account. Despite providing proof that the items were returned, this still happened. In the absence of notice or permission, they have stolen funds from my checking account to pay a bill. Also, I have noticed fraudulent account activity with a non-Navy Federal Account that has been added for transfers on a closed XXXX XXXX account. Please note that this account has never been added or opened by me. My request for documents was ignored by the supervisor of the credit card department, XXXX. This company has blocked my credit and prevented me from using my credit cards so many times. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to access my credit and I had to call at least five times a day to get them unblocked the card. Due to their deceptive and predatory financial practices, I would like to have an investigation conducted. The CFPB investigation found that Navy Federal Credit Union deceived consumers to get them to pay delinquent accounts. The credit union falsely threatened severe actions when, in fact, it seldom took such actions or did not have authorization to take them. The credit union also cut off members electronic access to their accounts and bank cards if they did not pay overdue loans. Hundreds of thousands of consumers were affected by these practices, which occurred between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The practices violated the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and Consumer Protection Act. Specifically, the CFPB found that Navy Federal Credit Union : The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau tasked to protect consumers from deceptive and predatory financial practices by ensuring banks, mortgage and student loan lenders, and credit card companies play by the rules.

Consumer Complaint: My claim should be honored because my ATM card was stolen from the Company 's ATM machine. I made a deposit that day and the never got the card back. I believe who ever the next person used the same ATM machine stole the card and have used at different stores and restaurants many many times. I reported all the transactions not made by me to Navy Federal credit union on XX/XX/22. I believe my card was used without a password and i don't understand why this bank alerted me days later. Unfortunately, the company said that there was no error. They did not do an investigation. They did not check the camera of their ATM machine. I believe they did not do anything at all.

Consumer Complaint: For the past 4 months Navy Federal has let me repeatedly apply for loans while hiding the fact that they knew there were 2 fraudulent marks on my credit file, as well as hiding that fact while still voluntarily giving me the opportunity to apply for as many loans as I wanted. Navy Federal strained away from explaining their debt collection even after the 5th denial and explained to them that they read information from a false report due to XXXX breach They blatantly also froze me out of my business account. I haven't been able to get a response from me informing them about the XXXX that was fraudulent around this time last year. I'm getting evicted, don't have transportation to get to the doctors since XXXX and illustrated to them records for proof for a compromised immune system. I was on hold for a hour and 30 min after informing them that they based their denial for atleast XXXX loans on fraudulent reports from the credit bureaus. Without the recent XXXX breach I would have continued to put applications in, lack of the representative knowing that they also were known to be a credit repair agency. Upon taking courses in Information analysis and fraud investigation I decided to look this matter, in depth to see why I have all this resistance. With all 12 loans Ive applied for, under confusion, and the withholding of letting me know that there were 2 fraudulent marks on my report one for 7 years and one for 1 year that they disclosed amongst themselves. I brought this to attention. Upon gaining vital knowledge I learned that Credit reports pertain to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, I'M XXXX : XXXX will be putting every company that has my information from the birth hospital in XXXX to the secretary of State of New York about the downfall and the conspiracy to defraud me... The 12 loans I applied I'm still waiting for Navy Federal to Prove the debt belonged to me this proceeding will be addressed in front of an administer and XXXX will de addressed for claimaint. Let XXXX be the representation of the first company going on notice that XXXX and credit reports have made me realize that this isn't even real. I've lost my business due to Navy Federal not realizing that they are a credit reporting company, that tried to completely keep me from my estate, as well as going agaisnt, their fiduciary duty to help military members and their ( Dependents ). This account needs to be deleted from my credit reports immediately because its in violation of the FCRA. I dont need to hear how removing accounts is an FCRA violation. Whats a violation is how the credit bureaus are verifying inaccurate information & how Navy Federal is continuing to report inaccurate & derogatory information on my credit report to try & blackball me from ever getting access to higher limit credit funding.
