But the crazy part the ss number does not mine which i will attached and copy of my driver license and ss card for proof. Please remove from my profile and any of profile that this incorrect information reporting to. Here is the accounts thats not mines and wring incorrect. Consumer Complaint: Im writing to Dispute a Billing Error in the full statement balance of {$14000.00} Reasons as follows : There is no negative amount on this statement. As per 15 U.S. Code 1666d - Treatment of credit balances Whenever a credit balance in excess of {$1.00} is created in connection with a consumer credit transaction through ( 1 ) transmittal of funds to a creditor in excess of the total balance due on an account, ( 2 ) rebates of unearned finance charges or insurance premiums, or ( 3 ) amounts otherwise owed to or held for the benefit of an obligor, the creditor shall ( A ) credit the amount of the credit balance to the consumers account ; ( B ) refund any part of the amount of the remaining credit balance, upon request of the consumer ; and ( C ) make a good faith effort to refund to the consumer by cash, check, or money order any part of the amount of the credit balance remaining in the account for more than six months, except that no further action is required in any case in which the consumers current location is not known by the creditor and can not be traced through the consumers last known address or telephone number. XXXX has not produced either form as of XX/XX/XXXX. Since that time, I have been in touch with about 20 other investors that have been defrauded by XXXX XXXX. I invested into a short term rental agreemtent with Your XXXX XXXX ( agreement attached ) for the purpose of XXXX managing a XXXX unit for me. The unit has failed to produce a profit/ the profit has not been shared with me and XXXX XXXX has stopped communicating with me. I do not believe he has reported the income to the IRS collected from me or the other investors. Other addresses I have on file for him and XXXX XXXX XXXX are available upon request.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2022 at XXXXXXXX XXXX I reserved a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX for XX/XX/2022 - XX/XX/2022, picking the vehicle up at XXXX, XXXX On XX/XX/2022 at XXXXXXXX XXXX I modified the reservation to pick up the vehicle at the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I received a confirmation for the modification. On XX/XX/2022 at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a confirmation email claiming " We look forward to seeing you today at XXXX XXXX. We've confirmed your reservation number, XXXX, and we have your car waiting for XX/XX/2022 XXXXXXXX XXXX pickup. ". At the time this email was sent I was on a flight coming into the XXXX XXXX. When I arrived at the XXXX counter the agent claimed my rental had been canceled and the location was overbooked. After showing the agent my reservation and confirmation he decided to give me a one day rental and told me to call the main office. On XX/XX/2022 I called the main office and an agent said she had rectified the situation. I asked if I needed to bring the vehicle I had back and the agent said no, return the vehicle on XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022 I returned the vehicle and was billed the correct amount of {$590.00}. On XX/XX/2022 I was charged an additional {$810.00}. I filed a dispute with Navy Federal Credit Union and my initial claim was denied. I tried several times to call the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, however I was rerouted to the main call center. Every agent I spoke to said the charges looked incorrect, but the XXXX XXXX branch had to take care of the issue. At that point I did not know exactly what the XXXX XXXX was claiming was the problem. I appealed Navy Federal Credit Union 's findings hoping to get more information concerning their investigation. Today, I received their response and the stated, " As stated before, we've already provided the final folio/invoice from the merchant, which we obtained indirectly from the merchant 's website using your own documentation you provided us showing your rental information. You're free to access the merchant 's website to do the same and obtain the same information we did. ". Basically, they made a decision without even speaking to the vendor. I have all my documentation, sent from XXXX XXXX XXXX, showing I should have a {$590.00} charge. The additional {$810.00} is fraudulent. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Consumer Complaint: My checking account was compromised at the end of XXXX. I filed a complaint and opened a claim the beginning of XXXX. There should have been two parts to the claim - debit card transactions and a wire out of my account to an individual. When the credit union opened the claim they forgot to do the wire of funds claim. So a month and a half later I called and they did the claim at that point. The amount was XXXX, I was not given a provisional credit so this is XXXX of my money they have been holding from me for almost 3 months now saying its under investigation. The person that wired the money out of my account had his name on the wire. So why am I being punished for them not doing their job right the first go round. XXXX is a lot of money and I need my money back. They shouldnt take 3 months to do this investigation.

Consumer Complaint: Back in XXXX of XXXX the bank had a program that decreases your interest rate so you can pay down your balance on your credit card so I signed on not knowing later the bank will close your card without you knowing so when I found out XXXX XXXX of XXXX that they had closed the credit card In XXXX of XXXX due to a bank evaluation of account in which I dont know they did that after having the credit card for 3yrs and 11 months without a explanation. I was paying the amount that was so plus a little extra and now the credit card is close they still charging me late fees and interest on a close account and taken from my checking account in which I had ask them not too. How can they charge late fees and interest on a closed account that not a fair deal for a Consumer I need help do to that this banking institution is taking advantage of me. Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/22 I made a balance transfer with Navy Federal Credit Union for {$2600.00} to be sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. A week later no transfer had taken place so I called NFCU and was told transfer was made electronically and funds had been dispersed. Contacted XXXX and was told no funds received?!?! Finally after speaking with literally 7 different people combined from both credit unions and having a three way phone call with all parties, no solution. Now I have 2 balances for same amount thats incurring interest, fico score has dropped and Im in the middle and no one seems to be concerned. I did speak finally with a XXXX at XXXX Legal Department and she is wanting to speak with NFCU but they are not cooperating! Im am wits end! Please help
