Issue: Managing an account
Subissue: Deposits and withdrawals
Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/23, a deposit of {$170.00} for medication was transferred out of the account without my permission. A rep advised I would receive an ATM card to withdraw funds as my option for retrieval, card was received however the deposit was taken without my authorization. I called several times before I was advised the funds were taken to pay on a charged off checking account. I recently spoke to a rep about prior to opening my current savings to apply phone authorized payments. No policy was ever disclosed that any funds in my savings # XXXX would be applied to the charged-off account. If this was deemed as true, there is {$0.00} in the account currently that has not been touched. I have been waiting almost 30 days for a supervisor to return my call to reverse the funds as I had a prior payment agreement to pay when I can due to layoff because of XXXX XXXX issues. One supervisor named XXXX I believed lied to say she called and left a voicemail. However I answered that called but she say hello in return, dead air was it. There was never any voicemails.

Consumer Complaint: I had my Navy Federal Checking Account and Navy Federal Credit card for over 3 years and Navy Decided to close my checking account do to fraudulent funds received. Navy didn't provide me any information on how the funds were fraudlent or provide me any documentation proving that I knew any funds were fraudulent. I am highly offended for any institution to characterize me as a person involved in any such activity. The closing of my checking account and credit card has a dramatic effect on my current credit and future credit abilities. I've had no problems with Navy Federal for these years and can't believe they closed my accounts in this manner

Issue: Problems at the end of the loan or lease
Subissue: Problem related to refinancing
Consumer Complaint: I refinanced my loan from XXXX XXXX XXXX to Navy Federal Credit Union XX/XX/2022. XXXX wouldn't accept or lost the 10-day payoff paper check Navy Federal mailed to me to mail to them 2 separate times. Could not make contact with XXXX whether by phone or through the customer service messages on the app. Had to get Navy Federal to make contact and we did a three way phone call and we're able to get the 10-day payoff complete for the loan transfer. But since the payoff took longer then 10 days, XXXX said I still owed another {$500.00} in late interest payments. I had to pay this before they would send the title to Navy Federal. I paid this 3 months ago, and Navy Federal said they haven't received it still and had warned me that if they didn't receive the title they were going to raise my interest. I did everything I could, and now Navy Federal raised my interest from 7 % to 16.85 %. I have attempted to make contact with XXXX, but they do not answer, call back or reply to my messages. And I do not believe Navy Federal should raise my interest because they can not get the title.

I am requesting that Navy federal delete the accounts in question Per Federal law enclosed are the following documents proving that a DISPUTE WAS FILED WITH Navy Federal and sent certified mail and certified return receipt
