Consumer Complaint: In 2018 I received a call from Navy federal saying I had fraud on my account and that I would receive a form to my email to fill out and email back I did and switch 2 months my accounts was closed I was then told they never received the form so I went into the bank to fill out the form and still nothing happen with the. Past 5 years I fill out this. Form over 40 times and. When calling or going the back I am told they dont have the form to fill out again in the meantime I had a lawsuit go into said account I had. 1 checking account and 3 savings account in which 2 was saving open for my children this has cost me so much pain my XXXX XXXX XXXX account was closed without any notice nor expansion my XXXX XXXX just disappeared it like I never opened the account Someone is using XXXX to defraud me the answer the phone like their government agency and the Bank just the other day I called XXXX XXXX XXXX only for the person on the other to give bank account numbers that does not belong to me at all

Consumer Complaint: Hello in the month of XX/XX/2022 I attempted to open an account with Navy Federal. I was declined. After months passing by, I attempted to open an account again inside the branch and the young lady stated that I was unable to due to a fraud account that was open previously. I asked several times WHEN, WHERE HOW? Can someone open an account with my personal information, and I didn't know anything about it. I submitted several claims, and the issue is still not resolved and i was told that i owe Navy Federal for an account that was open without my permission. I really need this issue fixed I would like to gain an relationship with Navy Federal and resolve this fraud account.

I contacted my bank ( NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION ) to dispute these unauthorized and fraudulent transactions and no provisional credit was given and Im being told there is no date as to when I will have to wait to get refunded this stolen money.This is unfair to me that I have to wait for provisional credit when my account was compromised. Please make sure that NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION fixs this error and refund me my money immediately as required by law. Thank you in advance.

Consumer Complaint: Around XX/XX/2023 I purchased a laptop from XXXX using my navy federal debit card. during the purchase of this laptop, I was harassed and stalked by XXXX police department. I wrote XXXX about their discrimination and still have received no response. XX/XX/2023 the laptop commenced a loud noise and caught fire. due to the discrimination and fear for my life I was frightened to return to the store. I disputed the charge. Navy federal refunded the money back with a pending investigation note attached. Sometime later I noticed my account negative. I called and wrote NaFed telling them I was not notified nor questioned during the investigation nor given a heads up about the dispute. my employment check was taken, my account closed and my credit card ruined. I was evicted and my credit is reporting as bad. breach the covenant of good faith and fair dealings, fraud, misrepresentations, conversion, breach of contract, abuse if authority and bad, abusive and unfair business practices and acts. their actions violate consumer right to fairness, to be heard and redress of grievances.
