Consumer Complaint: My mortgage complaint is with Nationstar Mortgage. In XXXX of 2010 I filed bankruptcy but filed an affirmation signed to avoid bankruptcy on the property. During this time I was able to get a Modification Loan with Nationstar. Bankruptcy has been discharged, but every time I call for assistance I am directed to the Bankruptcy dept. before I can speak to anyone. As I was trying to refinance to the Harp Program, I am told that Nationstar has not reported me in 5 years as making any mortgage payments I in turn stated how is that. I have contacted XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX in regards to this matter. I received a reply from the credit report to contact the Mortgage Co. I did and they told me because I did not file an affirmation and I did, therefore I sent a copy of the affirmation report. My next reply was that Nationstar Mortgage sent me a letter stated they will forward a letter to all XXXX Credit Bureaus to show that I have made payments have not missed a payment in the 5 years and this should bring my Credit Score up. Unfortunately, my Credit Scores have not gone up they are in a Poor Status and I have tried to do my part in this matter and nothing has changed and I need assistance. I know I had some hard times, but I am doing better and fair is fair. I would like for my payments made to be reported to the Credit Bureau. I am tired of being in the poor statues on my Credit Scores. I* would like for the Mortgage Company to please correct the reports that I have made payments and I have not missed on my mortgage.I am not sure now who is at fault the Mortgage Co. or the Credit Bureaus. I am XXXX years old and I do not want to leave this world knowing that my word of truth did n't matter. I want to see XXXX on my scores!!! Thank You for reading my Complaint.

Consumer Complaint: I asked for a complete breakdown of the corporate advance fees charged to this loan. Nationstar responded with the attached breakdown, which does not define what the fees are ; i.e., what comprises foreclosure fees? Is foreclosure fees one fee and a combination of several fees? What is a land periodic and land initial fee? What is a title examination? etc. Also I asked for dates, times, and the name contractor who performed any property inspections. This is not " proprietary information '', as claimed by Nationstar. Therefore this is a request for verification and a compete explanation of the fees charged to this account.

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar mortgage bought my loan from Ocwen loan and it 's been nothing but trouble ever since. I have never made a late payment on my loan in 13 years. Suddenly this company takes over my loan and starts treating me like a deadbeat calling me morning noon and night to tell me they have not received my payment-TWICE the representative found the payment while on the phone with me and I still got ANOTHER call that same night telling me my payment is late. They also can not explain to me why my escrow payment is higher ... not a good sign. Then they call to sell me more products all the time-very disruptive. I 've never had a problem with my XXXX XXXX Bill Pay payments being received late yet these XXXX just ca n't seem to match up account numbers with money-they have no customer service standards whatsoever. So, they want to complain and harass me about my payment being late yet tell me that they want to sell me more products. I do n't get it. I wish they 'd never bought my loan. There are a lot of complaints out there about them.

Consumer Complaint: Nationstar is sending out deceptive solicitations for refinancing. They always claim " lower interest rates ''. They tout " reduced monthly payments '' and " shorter loan terms ''. The problem is that the interest rates are significantly higher ( I 'm at 2.675 % ), and the benefits they cite can only be achieved by paying Nationstar higher interest. With a finance/accounting degree I know that they 're not offering any benefit, but an uneducated consumer might fall for their tricks.

Consumer Complaint: We have an existing mortgage with Nationstar Mortgate, loan number XXXX. We have good credit, never late on a payment or filed bankruptcy, steady jobs and near $ XXXX in equity on our home. We have been attempting a refinance since XX/XX/XXXX. Initially, we were approved but when it came time to sign, they changed the terms of the loan on us. We were working with another lender, too ( a broker friend, unfortunately ) who said he could meet their original terms of the loan. We decided to go with him. It turned out to be a mistake so we went back to Nationstar, hoping it would be easy to resume the loan. It has been a disaster. With no competition anymore, it has felt like Nationstar has no intention of giving us the lower interest rate they quoted us ( 3.99 ). There have been XXXX different loan officers on this loan. It appears that, instead of extending the lock ( which costs them ), they avoid it by originating a brand new loan and assigning a new loan officer. With that comes the deluge of NEW requests for documentation they have already received. And no one will ever call us back or answer simple questions : Is this a new loan? Has the interest rate changed? Are the closing costs still waived? We will supply all their demands and then they change loan processors again. The most recent loan agent is now in Connecticut and has asked for the FULL copy ( via email ) of our living will and trust. It is about XXXX pages long. I can not get it through my server. So, we set up a very organized, shared XXXX file where she can easily find and download all documents she needs. She has never accepted the link or even replied to my email suggesting it. Honestly, they are not operating in good faith. They have NO intention of lowering the rate on our mortgage. It has been XXXX months and we are still in the very first stages of refinancing. This is the most egregious experience with customer service I have ever been through. Can you help us?
