Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I received a letter Key Bank advising me they were closing my Checking, Savings and Safe Deposit Box on XX/XX/2018 Key Bank stated the reason for this closure was my account relationship posed excessive risk to the bank, therefore they were closing everything in 30 days. I have made every attempt to figure out what was going on. I have never had a returned checked, overdraft on my account nothing. At one point I was depositing over close to {$15000.00} a month into this a account and never had a problem. So this came as a huge surprise. I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and they finally narrowed it down to a transaction onvXX/XX/2018 : Transacting ( or attempting to transact ) with an account in an unauthorized or prohibited manner. I have the Bank Manager at the local Key Bank near me and was they saw no problems with the transactions that happened on XX/XX/2018. The information Key Bank is reporting is completely incorrect and is preventing me from opening another bank account.

While my loans were serviced by XXXX XXXX I paid the same amount every month. My loan servicer was changed to XXXX XXXX in XXXX and now my monthly payment to is variable and will change every month or so which is difficult for me to budget for. I have also paid my loans for the last 12 years and Keybank will not allow me to remove my sister as cosigner which has caused her undue Financial hardship

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I paid off the balance of the sellers loan, at the XXXX ID. branch of Key Bank. It has been seven weeks and no title has been sent. Myself and an assistant have made over twenty phone calls regarding this, with no resolution. As a result, I am unable to register the vehicle. Oregon allows only, two 21 day temporary permits witch we have exhausted. The Vehicle is now useless, and undrivable. This vehicle was to be used as primary transportation, and now must be parked until we get this resolved. This has created obvious and unnecessary hardship.

Consumer Complaint: I had a loan with Key Bank which seemingly they became the holders of. There were either three other holders before them, as I recall. The loan was paid off back in XX/XX/XXXX. I have not received my original ( not copy ) proprietary lease, and share of stock. Nor have I received proof of payoff which would include a XXXX termination notice. I received only a blank XXXX with no property address or termination stated thereon and my name was incorrectly spelled. These are the collateral for the loan which originated with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Furthermore I have not received my recognition agreement, or complete loan documents. I have been calling them and complaining about this and have got finally just an incorrect XXXX, and a copy ( emphasis added ) of the adjustable rate note, loan security aggreement, and RESPA statement. I have told them that absent the original shares of stock and proprietary lease, and a completed filed XXXX termination notice from the county I can not sell the apartment, or do anything. Six months is more than enough time to have all this done as the original documents should have been provided to me no later than XX/XX/XXXX, and the XXXX should have been sent no later than three months from closing.

They responded with the letter stating that nearly one-third of the fees we're just and then refunded an amount of money that was not equal to 2/3 of the total fees. Total fees in excess of {$3000.00} amount refunded XXXX that leaves a balance of {$600.00} and {$0.00} that they still owe me according to their letter if one third is just then 2/3 was charged incorrectly. I'm asking for the remaining amount of {$600.00} be refunded to my account according to the letter from the bank.

Consumer Complaint: I recently refinanced my loans through XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX uses XXXX XXXX as the processor. XXXX XXXX disbursed my new loan to KeyBank, the holder of my student loans. KeyBank claims to have no knowledge of my disbursement from XXXX XXXX. Both KeyBank and XXXX XXXX use XXXX XXXX. XXXX clearly shows the the disbursement was made. I have been in contact with KeyBank, for hours at a time. The student loan call center is located in XXXX, XXXX. The staff has no ability to resolve my issue, and tell me that only one person -- XXXX XXXX, can fix my issue. The call center will not provide me Mr. XXXX 's information ; nor will Mr. XXXX call me as requested. This loan is still on my credit report. KeyBank has sent my co-signer seven letters. They are calling me for collections. They are reading me the collections mini-miranda.
