Consumer Complaint: There is a XXXX collection on my credit report, that i has no idea of until the collection was reported to the Credit Bureau. I was never contacted regarding this debt. If I was contacted there was never a message left requesting a return phone call. Therefore I was not aware this account needed my attention. I have contacted IC Systems in regards to this debt, and they stated an address that I have no lived at in 5 years. If I had been contacted about my address change I would have taken care of the situation. My correct address is listed on the report given by credit karma from CI Systems. I have still yet to receive a notice for this collection. The only reason I even know about this debt is through my credit karma credit report. I have attempted to go to their website to look over the debt I supposedly owe, but the company requires a reference number to the account which I do not have because I have never received a notice. I have no files to attach to this complaint due to never receiving a notice.

Consumer Complaint: I had an appointment with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX in XXXX PA in XXXX of XXXX in which I received no medical service whatsoever and was only given a questionnaire to fill out and told to return in 2 weeks. Upon return for the second appointment, I was asked for {$250.00} CASH payment up front, despite being insured, which I refused to pay and cancelled the appointment. I was not informed until the day I showed up about this request for CASH up front. Several weeks later, I received a bill for {$140.00} for the appointment in which no service was provided and I was only given a questionnaire and sent on my way. I believe this was done out of spite because I refused to pay the {$250.00} surprise cash payment, and I believe this business is guilty of shady nefarious business practices. They didnt mention anything about {$140.00} to hand me a questionnaire until I refused to give them {$250.00} in cash on the spot. In addition, I was fully insured by XXXX at the time and no attempt was made to rectify this with the insurance company on part of the doctors office. I recently started being contacted by I.C. System Inc. debt collections out of XXXX XXXX Minnesota. I called and asked them to please never contact me again and they refused, saying that they would continue to contact me over this supposed debt despite my federal rights.

Consumer Complaint: I received notification from XXXX XXXX of a collection on my account. I reviewed it and determined this was for someone else. I called IC Systems and was told they could not help me and I had to get this resolved on my own. 5 minutes later I received a call from IC Systems and a different person was calling me to collect the debt which is not mine. The name they asked for is not me. I advised I had just called them a few minutes prior and was displeased that their company was not going to assist me in getting their error resolved. The woman I spoke to was uninterested and was not very polite nor helpful. XXXXNote : IC Systems appeared on my caller ID numerous times previously however, due to all of the spam and sales calls I receive I never answered their calls. IC Systems never left a message for me to signify who they were calling for or why they were trying to reach the individual they were looking for. The only similarity I have with the person they were looking for is the same first name.

Consumer Complaint: I requested validation on this alleged debt a day they continue to report it on my credit. I have not done or agreed to do any business with IC SYSTEMS nor have I signed any contract with their company. I also have not given any credit bureau authorization to report this item therefore no permissible purpose exists. This is a direct and blatant violation of my rights under15 USC 1681. NO AUTHORIZATION OR CONSENT WAS GIVEN BY ME TO GIVE IC SYSTEM ACCESS TO MY REPORT OR TO FURNISH INFORMATION ON MY REPORT Your company is in clear violation of the law. Under 15 USC 1681b - permissible purpose of consumer reports, THE LAW CLEARLY STATES : ( b ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Did I give you written instructions to furnish this on my credit report? Furthermore, the FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) Exclusions from a consumer credit report clearly states : ( 2 ) EXCLUSIONS.Except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) Subject to section 1681s-3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; Delete the above late payments from my consumer report, this agency is in violation of 15 USC 1681. Consumer Complaint: XXXX has attempted to collect XXXX for an account that Ive explained was opened fraudently. Every six months to a year a different collection agency is assigned and the debt is reported as a collection. I filed a complaint XX/XX/21 and XX/XX/21 about this debt and each time it was removed from my credit report. The last collection company, XXXX that advised they would not pursue the debt sent me a XXXX Fraud letter and advised me to complete it and send to XXXX. I did so and heard nothing further until today when I received a credit alert that XXXX is back at it again. There has been no communication via telephone or USPS from the most recent collection agency I.C. Systems. Not only does this violate my rights as a consumer this is pure harassment. Ive done everything in my power to resolve this and XXXX continues. I have no knowledge of this account, I never made one payment to this account and could not tell you the phone number/s associated with this account.
