Consumer Complaint: I appreciate your attention to the removal of some fraudulent items from my file resulting from an alleged identity theft. However, there are still items remaining that require removal. This marks my third complaint as a victim of identity theft, and I am submitting to dispute these fraudulent entries in my file stemming from the criminal activity. The disputed items are unrelated to any transactions for the acquisition of goods, services, or money that I have either made or authorized. Kindly remove the reporting of these items from my credit file, as they result from an alleged identity theft. I initiated the account opening process, and regrettably, my account is still not active. This delay is adversely affecting my financial planning and causing undue stress. Additionally, I have made several attempts to address entries related to late closures and charge-offs on my account. Unfortunately, these entries continue to impact my financial standing despite my persistent efforts. Expedite the process of opening my account and ensure its activation without further delay. Conduct a comprehensive review of the late closed and charge-off accounts, and take immediate steps for their removal.
