Consumer Complaint: Subject : Violation of Federally Protected Consumer Rights- Request for Intervention I trust this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding the compromise of my personal information due to the XXXX data breach. As I understand, you are already aware of the ongoing case related to this issue. I want to formally notify you that I am a victim of the XXXX data breach, and I have taken steps to alert Experian about this situation. Unfortunately, my attempts to rectify the matter with Experian have been futile, as they have not taken any action. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) and 15 USC 1681, the list of accounts detailed below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality. I seek your assistance in ensuring that my credit reports are accurate and free from any unauthorized or illegal entries resulting from the XXXX data breach. Please follow up and facilitate the removal of these items from my credit reports with either Experian or XXXX, as they may be reporting accounts that were included in the XXXX credit report. I want to emphasize that my information was sold and bought illegally due to the XXXX data breach, as confirmed by XXXX themselves. I am attaching proof of XXXX 's acknowledgment of my victimization in this data breach. Despite this admission, XXXX has not taken the necessary actions to rectify the situation. I hereby request your intervention to expedite the removal of these unauthorized and illegal accounts from my credit reports immediately. I am providing a list of the negative accounts along with their names and account numbers as reported on the XXXX credit reports for your reference : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX : # XXXX As per 15 USC 1681i ( 5 ), consumer reporting agencies are mandated to modify accounts that are not reporting information correctly. Consumer Complaint: I am experiencing significant distress and frustration due to multiple fraudulent accounts appearing on my credit report. This situation is severely impacting my creditworthiness, which is XXXX as I am in the process of purchasing a home for my family. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to have these accounts removed. Compounding this issue is the fact that my personal information was compromised in recent Experian and XXXX breaches. I had anticipated that my consumer report would be protected in the wake of such incidents, but this has not been the case. The presence of these fraudulent accounts is not only damaging to my financial reputation but also constitutes a clear violation of federal law, specifically under 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( 2 ) ( 3 ) ( 4 ), which mandates the fairness and privacy of consumer reports. My trust in the banking system and credit reporting agencies to uphold my privacy and ensure fairness has been severely undermined. This breach of federal consumer rights is causing me considerable emotional and mental distress. Furthermore, it is unlawful for these companies to furnish personal information to third parties without consent. This act of negligence and fraud has been reported to both the local police department and the Federal Trade Commission. Given the severity of these violations, legal action against the involved companies and credit bureaus is a viable option for redress. The inaccuracies in your database are not only negatively affecting my livelihood but also placing me in an untenable position. I am prepared to initiate litigation if these erroneous items are not promptly rectified. Also please remove the two late payment 's reporting on my Experian, and Transition credit repot as they are inaccurate and should be reporting all the same across all three credit reports please update and report as never late paid as agreed.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to file a complaint against XXXX regarding their handling of my dispute concerning an account that does not belong to me. I believe their recent request for a picture of me is unreasonable and not in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I have already provided an FTC report as part of the dispute resolution process, and I find the request for a personal picture to be intrusive and outside the scope of what is required for credit reporting accuracy. I kindly request the CFPB 's intervention to ensure that my rights under the FCRA are protected and that the resolution process adheres to the established guidelines. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.
