My personal information was compromised to obtain loans and credit cards from. I have no idea how the theft took place. I also have no knowledge of any suspects. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681g I have the right to demand that you disclose to me all of the documents that you have recorded and retained in your file at the time of this request concerning the account that you are reporting in my credit report. Consumer Complaint: In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. But how is that possible if the open date, date of last activity and much more is incorrect.
