I have checked Experian credit report and both did not include this credit card company ; however, I made sure that XXXX had included this company because it stated it had deleted this credit card company as seen in attached print out. Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX, XXXX and Experian are consumer reporting agencies and I am theConsumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) the financial institution and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and Experian do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, Experian, ( Furnisher of information to credit agencies ) whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. Consumer Complaint: I recently had XXXX XXXX accounts that was in collections removed from my credit report and deleted because the debt was not valid. One account was XXXX XXXX ( acct # XXXX ) the other account was XXXX XXXX XXXX ( acct # XXXX ). Today I received a inaccurate derogatory mark on my fico report, reported from XXXX for late payment history related to these deleted accounts. I did not pay a balance that was owed to get these accounts removed, the late payment were associated because the debt was invalid. This type of negative reporting is prohibited by the Fair credit reporting act!!. I request to IMMEADIATELY remove the late payment history that is associated with these deleted accounts so my credit report reflects accurate by law. In accordance with the fair credit reporting act XXXX account # 's XXXX & XXXX has violated my rights again. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602a states the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602a section 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instruction or consent. Under the FCRA ( Fair Credit Reporting Act ) prohibits this type of negative reporting to ensure fairness, accuracy, and privacy of the consumer credit information.

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX have noticed inaccuracies on my credit report such as late payments. I am writing this letter to have my credit report updated to be current and up to date. First, according to the F.C.R.A Section 604 ( A ) ( 3 ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( b ) Permissible purpose states that I have the right to privacy and that my information can not be shared without my written consent! Second, Section 607 ( A ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( e ) Compliance and Procedures states my report must be 100 % accurate at all times and these late payments are not accurate! Nor did I authorize these late payments to show on my report. Third, according to the Truth and Lending Act Section 15 U.S Code 1666 ( b ) corrections of billing errors the CRA must correct any billing errors made on the consumer 's credit report with a written statement of what accounts need to be updated and corrected. I have already sent a letter 30 DAYS AGO AND YOU ARE NOW IN VIOLATION OF MY CONSUMER RIGHTS! I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report. These accounts must be updated AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to avoid any VIOLATIONS FEES.
