Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2024 Sent via XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX EXPERIAN XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX To whom it XXXX concern : I am writing in regard to your response to my initial request for my Full Consumer File Disclosure. My request was very specific and I provided the exact sections of the FCRA which require you to provide it to me ( see copy of my original letter attached ). Your response was insufficient in that you did not provide the Full Consumer XXXX XXXX as requested. I will once again state that I am requesting my Full Consumer File Disclosure pursuant to XXXX U.S.C. XXXX ( a ) ( XXXX ) to include all other such information listed specifically in my initial letter. No response by you other than providing the Full Consumer XXXX XXXX as required by the FCRA will be acceptable. My initial letter was my first request for a Full Consumer XXXX XXXX within the past 12 months and there is no provision in the FCRA which allows you to charge me for it. I expect your full compliance with the law and for me to receive my Full Consumer XXXX XXXX in a timely manner as required by the FCRA. Your failure to do so will result in me initiating legal action to force compliance under the law. Your timely response is appreciated, not later than 15 days from delivery of this notice. Consumer Complaint: I noticed a debt collector XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX reported on my credit report on XX/XX/2023. I have no knowledge of this account. Someone has gained access to my social security number without my written consent to apply for anything in my name. Furthermore this debt collector XXXX XXXX XXXX has no license to collect any debt in the state of Georgia. Can you remove this collection off of my report or I will have to purse legal matters. 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 - States to Block any information resulting from identity theft. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt.

Consumer Complaint: Experian is reporting multiple closed account that should not be there. The company have ignored all my request to do a thorough investigation on verifying these errors. They use 3rd party services to immediately verify the account without actually looking into it. This company has had several complaints submitted about how they violate and report inaccuracies on customers consumer reports. I was forced to escalate after reading several reports and reviews about how Experian has conducted business unfairly in the past. They have guidelines directly on their website that they continue to violate. This has been unfair and has caused damage to my credit worthiness and reputation.
