It is not permitted to report these items as unverified information without giving any supporting documentation within the legally permitted time frame. Consumer Complaint: This is a follow-up from complaint # XXXX I updated and submitted information to XXXX and Experian XXXX days ago to reinvestigate the inaccuracy of the account on my report. When checking my report tonight, they sent an email saying that the accounts were updated. I am aware that under FCRA Section 611, you are required to conduct a reasonable investigation within 30 days of receiving a dispute. During this time, I request that you contact the furnisher of the disputed information to verify the accuracy of the data. In three days, they came back, saying they had updated. See the attachment showing what they just sent.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX of XXXX XXXX the manager in fraud with XXXX XXXX stated this account is not mines he has no record of this account at all. This account was verified numerous times and I told Experian multiple times this account was fraudulent. They kept it on my credit report for a year almost reporting fraud. Both XXXX XXXX and Experian are reporting an account that was open fraudulently harming my credit resulting in me getting many denials and inquiries because of the payment history. Ill will show all the screenshots I have taken of my credit to prove I tried to get this account removed multiple times and tried various ways to get it removed. I also spent XXXX hr XXXX mins on the phone with them to get no results but ran around to 5 different departments. Just for them to say call Experian to have to remove it we cant do anything for you. We dont deal with credit reports is what The manager stated of XXXX XXXX.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my deep XXXX and XXXX with the multiple unsuccessful attempts to address and remove fraudulent items from my account with Credit Bureaus. My intention is to bring to your attention the gravity of the situation and request immediate action to rectify this matter. I first identified unauthorized and fraudulent transactions on my account. Since then, I have diligently reported these incidents through your designated channels and followed the prescribed procedures for resolution. Unfortunately, despite my repeated efforts, the fraudulent items have not been adequately addressed, and they continue to persist. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter through your customer support hotline and online support portal. Each time, I have patiently provided the necessary information, documentation, and details regarding the fraudulent transactions. Regrettably, I have yet to witness any significant progress in resolving this issue, and the fraudulent items remain on my account. This situation has not only caused me significant financial distress but has also eroded my confidence in the security measures and customer support services provided by I kindly request an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter. I urge you to expedite the removal of the fraudulent items from my account, reimburse any unauthorized charges, and implement additional measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Furthermore, I would appreciate regular updates on the progress of the investigation and resolution. If this matter is not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I may have no choice but to explore alternative courses of action, including filing a complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies and seeking legal advice.
