Consumer Complaint: I have contacted all parties ( credit card and credit bureaus ) multiple times that these accounts are not mine. The XXXX accounts don't even have my correct address attached to them. XXXX XXXX XXXX has had a similar issue reported to the Supreme court in a lawsuit lawsuit against XXXX defendant banking and debt-collection institutions on XX/XX/, alleging that each defendant reported inaccurate and derogatory information related to her credit card account and failed to correct their errors after receiving notice of plaintiff 's disputes from the credit reporting agencies, all in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( " FCRA '' ), 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( " FDCPA '' ), 15 U.S.C. 1692 et seq. See generally 1st Am. Compl., ECF No. 35. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I too am a victim of fraudulent accounts not being removed from my credit report. I have attached my identity theft report here as well as the civil action lawsuit against the company. These are accounts are not mine need to be removed IMMEDIATELY. The credit bureaus and credit card company is in violation of 15 US Code S 1681-c2. It has been more than 30 days and you are in violation of this law because I am a victim of identity theft. Please remove these accounts immediately from my report.
