Consumer Complaint: 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) clearly states that transactions between the consumer and the Person/Corporation making the report is NOT included on the consumer reports. Yet XXXX, Experian XXXX XXXX is reporting this information. The reporting of excluded information pursuant to 15 USC 1681 a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) on a consumer report is a clear violation of Metro2 compliance. Provide me with the Metro2 compliance disclosure on reporting transactions to a consumer reporting agency. I need the transactions reporting as late, collection/charge-off status and any other derogatory information deleted from my consumer reports effective immediately. Before you think to reply that this account has been validated, lets be clear that I am not asking you to validate or verify anything. So please do not respond by telling me that as a tactic to waste my valuable time. Some of the negative accounts have been placed in Collection/Charge-Off Status WITHOUT mailing me a copy of IRS form 1099-C Cancellation of Debt. XXXX, Experian, XXXX and the creditors reporting collections/Charge-Offs, late payments/other derogatory information in my consumer report are in violation of 26 USC ss 6050P Returns Relating to the Cancellation of Indebtedness By Certain Entities. If this derogatory account information is not deleted from my consumer reports within 30 days, I will be forced to officially file IRS form 3949A : Information Referral AND IRS form 211. Application For Award Original Information Overview with the Internal Revenue Service against ALL entities involved.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/ I FILED CFPB COMPLAINT AGAINST XXXX ON XXXX XXXX AND XXXX XXXX XXXX AND CITED In XXXX XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX ( A collection company ) requesting validation of the alleged debt on my credit report by producing the original contract with a wet ink signature. Additionally I sent letters to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX requesting validation of the alleged debt. Consumer Complaint: A student loan that was taken out in XXXX and went delinquent in XXXX is now being incorrectly reported on my credit. The accound was paid and that even currently shows on my credit report. This month the account was incorrectly reported on my credit by XXXX Bank. This account was paid years ago. However XXXX is reporting it charged off from the date THEY took over the account. In XXXX XXXX suspended all student loans and it was then transferred to XXXX. XXXX took it upon themselves to incorrectly report the date they took it over as being charged off. This is breaking the law. I want this info removed from my credit report effective immediately. I hope the CFPB can look into this way of reporting that Truist is doing as it is going again the FCRA. The the delinquent charge off was in XXXX and is well beyond the 5 year of statue of limitations.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to contest the presence of this bankruptcy on my credit report. The filing and reporting dates, along with the closing dates, do not align. This is disconcerting as I possess a court letter clearly stating that this bankruptcy should not be reported to you. Moreover, the involvement of an unauthorized third party adds absurdity to this situation.
