Consumer Complaint: Time has already passed but up until now, I havent heard any kind of response from the XXXXCredit Bureaus which made me decide to seek assistance from you. They have shown negligence and an act of refusal to comply with my request. I know for a fact that they are to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act law, provide proof, and documents, and give definite and accurate responses, within the given statutory time. However, if they fail to do so, they are obliged to remove or update the items which are erroneous and unverified. They stated in their responses to my XXXX dispute letters that they have verified that the items listed are accurate but they failed to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify these accounts as per my request. The fact that they have ignored my request to send me copies of the documents that they used to verify the disputed accounts is evidence that they can not and did not verify any of the disputed accounts like they said they did. I need them removed immediately because this is hurting my chances at getting another mortgage. I included the letters that I sent out more than 30 days ago. I haven't heard from the credit bureaus yet and I know that have to respond within 30 days. this is unfair and I am being taken advantage of.
