Consumer Complaint: Upon disputing the information with the creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX, they provided a payment history document that includes details of another person with the name of XXXX XXXX. This erroneous document raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information provided by the creditor. Account Information : -Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXAccount Number : XXXX -Date Opened : XX/XX/2018 I am troubled by the fact that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX can not guarantee the accuracy of the information they provided, as they mistakenly included the payment history of another individual. This oversight demonstrates a failure on the part of the creditor to provide precise and reliable information to the credit reporting bureaus. I want to emphasize that the late payment dates reported on my credit file do not accurately reflect the resolution of the delinquency. Given the uncertainty and potential for inaccuracies in the information provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX, I urge Experian to conduct an independent and thorough investigation into this matter. It is imperative that the credit report accurately reflects my financial history, and the reporting of late payments that have been resolved must be corrected promptly.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the continued presence of a fraudulent account on my credit report, despite my repeated attempts to dispute and the successful deletion of this information by other credit reporting agencies. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX -PLEASE DELETE!!! XXXX have already removed this account from their records. I want to emphasize that I am a victim of identity theft, and I have taken immediate action to report and rectify the situation. I have successfully communicated with XXXX and provided them with evidence supporting the fraudulent nature of the account. They have promptly taken the necessary steps to delete this information from my credit report in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is disheartening that Experian has not followed suit and continues to report the fraudulent account without providing any valid verification or resolution.
