Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023, Experian was notified of fraudulent information being reported on my credit report. In accordance with FCRA, I submitted all necessary forms and documentation to establish fraud claim. From time of receipt, Experian is required to delete and block all fraudulent information. Experian has failed to comply with federal regulations and has caused my credit reputation grave harm. Experian received all documents and has failed to act to ensure the consumer is being protected. According to Experian reporting this fraudulent information, my credit report shows XXXX different accounts with the same vendor for over XXXX. These accounts were not opened by me, nor did I approve anyone to open these accounts. I have reached out for documentation verifying signatures, but I have not received a response. By law, Experian is required to delete these fraudulent accounts and provide me with an updated credit report at no cost to me. Enclosed is the letter sent to XXXX ( which was included with the documentation I sent Experian ). Please remove all accounts from my credit report.

Consumer Complaint: Someone at XXXX made an unauthorized charge on my bank account without my consent. Then claimed I didn't pay them, which I did. But then the company soon went into bankruptcy and lost their records. I've been trying to have this record deleted from my Experian account but Experian said they ran an investigation and validated the information, which they didn't. Also, Experian didn't provide me proof of their investigation.

Consumer Complaint: Formal Complaint Against Experian for Persistent Inaccuracy, Credit Score Decrease, and Malfunctioning Boost System Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Experian, a major credit reporting bureau, due to their ongoing failure to update my personal information accurately, the unexplained decrease in my XXXX XXXX, and issues with the malfunctioning Boost system. Name of Credit Reporting Bureau : Experian Account Number : XXXX Date of Complaint : XX/XX/2023 Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to resolve the following issues with Experian : Inaccurate Personal Information : I have sent multiple validation letters and correspondences to Experian XXXX including the fraud department, requesting the removal of inaccurate personal information, name variations, and phone numbers. Unfortunately, these efforts have yielded minimal results, and the inaccurate information persists on my credit report. Credit Score Decrease : I have diligently managed my credit by ensuring that all my credit card balances are consistently below 10 % of usage. However, instead of observing an improvement in my credit score, it has continued to decrease without a clear explanation from Experian. Malfunctioning Boost System : The Experian Boost system is not accurately reading all bills, rendering it ineffective. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance through emails via the webpage, the issues persist, and the Boost system does not seem to work as intended. Unauthorized Inquiries Reporting : I have observed unauthorized inquiries reported on my credit report that were not initiated by me. These inquiries are affecting my credit score negatively, and I have not received satisfactory responses from Experian regarding their origin. I have taken the following steps to address these issues : Sent numerous validation letters to Experian, requesting the removal of inaccurate personal information. Corresponded with Experian 's fraud department to report and rectify the inaccuracies. Maintained responsible credit usage by keeping credit card balances consistently below 10 %. Enclosed with this complaint are copies of relevant documents, including validation letters, correspondence with Experian, evidence of responsible credit management, and records of unsuccessful attempts to seek assistance with the Boost system. I am seeking your intervention to address these persistent issues and request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigate Experian 's non-compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I kindly ask for your assistance in compelling Experian to update my personal information accurately, explain the credit score decrease, and rectify the malfunction in the Boost system. Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding an alleged debt reported on my credit report by XXXX, account number XXXX. I am seeking your assistance in resolving this issue as I believe there have been unjust activities surrounding this debt. To provide some context, I had no prior knowledge or association with XXXX before discovering the presence of this debt on my credit report. I did not receive any written notices, phone calls, or emails from them regarding the alleged debt. Furthermore, I have an open case with my legal tenant and owner lawyer concerning my previous residence, which was resolved when I moved out. The apartment complex in question has been less than forthcoming about the details of the situation. They have inaccurately reported when the next tenant moved in, which, according to legal standards, would have relieved me of any further responsibilities. Upon learning about the unexpected bill from XXXX, not the one currently on my credit report, I was shocked. It's important to note that there were discrepancies in the bill itself. Initially, I was presented with a bill amounting to {$10000.00}. However, after providing evidence, including legal multiple mail proofs demonstrating that a tenant had moved in during XXXX, the leasing office acknowledged my correctness. I firmly believe that I do not owe any money to XXXX or any other entity associated with this debt.
