It says the name of the account is Enhanced Recovery Company and it says that the account was a collection/charge off. Consumer Complaint: The person that ERC keeps trying to collect on is not me; it's someone name XXXX XXXX. I don't know a XXXX XXXX. I have had the same cell number for 18 years. I'm not related to nor have I ever dated a XXXX XXXX. They have called me three times a day for over three weeks. I have asked, demanded, and even called back after speaking to have them to stop calling me. I've had nasty toned things said to me along with being hung up on. They start calling me early morning and will continue through early evening. I just want some peace.

I have no idea what this is for or who this is. I have not received anything in the mail concerning this matter. I am sure that is just an oversight or error, but this needs to be handled asap.The information documented on behalf of this collection is incorrect and insufficient. This company is not in compliant with the FCRA which they stand by accuracy, fairness and privacy. I spoke with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX and she said that the company was sorry about this and she would dispute this and have this item taken care of.
