Consumer Complaint: I am disputing the debt as reported by ENHANCED RECOVERY CO L for {$76.00} from XXXX XXXX. I do not have any responsibility for the debt theyre trying to collect because this was closed and the amount charged-off three years ago. I have disputed this debt before. This continues to affect my credit score which falls under unfair practices. Does your firm have a debt collection license from my state? If not, please explain why not. If your company does hold a license in my state, please provide the date of issuance of your license, the name on the license, the license number, and the name, address, and telephone number of the state agency issuing the license. If you are contacting me from a place outside my state, does your firm have a debt collection license from that place? If so, provide the date of the licensure, the name on the license, the license number, and the name, address, and telephone number of the state agency issuing the license.
