My service at home was off and I joined a new internet, phone and cable company since. I never received any notifications from this collection company, and when I called, now that I saw them in my credit report, I was was told that they had an incorrect address on file. My credit is being damaged by these charges for a service I never received.

Please be advised that this is not a refusal to pay, but a notice sent pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 { b } that your claim is disputed and validation is requested. This is NOT a request for verification or proof of my mailing address, but a request for VALIDATION made pursuant to the above-named Title and Section. Enhance Recovery Services hired a third-party collection of XXXX XXXX to report items on the credit profile. Requesting Identification and signature If practices failed prior, my credit shouldn't be compromised as a consumer. The continued actions have violated the Federal Credit Reporting Act. This is a violation of the law with continued failed practices, which decreases my credit score and creditworthiness.
