The phone company XXXX XXXX XXXX never informed me that thy were sending me to a collection agency nor did the collection agency, Enhanced Recovery Company, ever contact me. I only discovered it was sent to collections when pulling up my credit report. I paid it off. Also, after paying they have reported this account has not been paid in full which is inaccurate. We showed them proof we paid them but they refused to turn our phones back on.
