Consumer Complaint: In XXXX I was late paying my phone bill and as a result my bill was tuned off. The phone company XXXX XXXX XXXX never informed me that thy were sending me to a collection agency nor did the collection agency, Enhanced Recovery Company, ever contact me. I only discovered it was sent to collections when pulling up my credit report. I paid it off. Also, after paying they have reported this account has not been paid in full which is inaccurate. My dispute is with notification with XXXX XXXX XXXX and ERC and the false reporting.

Consumer Complaint: We had cell phones with XXXX. XXXX turned off our phones for non-payment when we paid them. We told them the exact day we called and paid them through our debit card. We showed them proof we paid them but they refused to turn our phones back on. We also had a 2 year contract which we paid them the full 2 years therefore would no longer have a contract but they denied the 2 years were up and kept charging us money we didn't owe.

Consumer Complaint: I was never notified of this debt, per 15 USC 1692 I was to be notified within 5 days. Per 15 USC 1692gf, unfair practices. No information given regarding debt.
