Consumer Complaint: Over a span of 5 years - I've disputed this debt with all three credit reporting agencies, XXXX XXXX and XXXX. XXXX and XXXX removed the item from my credit report. XXXX refused to remove it - even when I told them I sent the creditor a certified return receipt letter with not response. The dates of my dispute and letters relating to this debt is as follows : XXXX Credit Dispute : XX/XX/scrub>XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX Credit Dispute : XX/XX/year>XXXX XXXXXXXX Validation of Debt Letter : XX/XX/year> Certified Return Receipt Letter to Creditor : XX/XX/year> I asked XXXX in my " Validation of the Debt '' letter - how did they verify the debt, when I'm unable to reach or get a response from the creditor - they did not relate the information. Enhance Recovery has been on my credit report for over - 7 years and they keep resubmitting the data- but will not respond to my request or complaint letters. Consumer Complaint: ENHANCED RECOVERY CORPORATION Account XXXX ) accessed my report without my permission. According to The Privacy Act of 1974 and the15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible Purposes of Consumer Report explains what a credit bureau can and can not do. I feel these rights was violated. " Theseaccount is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 16815-2 ( AX1 ) A states *A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. " XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that " A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.

Consumer Complaint: Enhanced Recovery pressured me and harassed me into pay a debt that I had no knowledge of if it was mine. I sent the company a requested validation letter on XX/XX/2023 along with compensation for the harassment and neither validation nor compensation for the harassment ( $ XXXX ) was sent. I've noticed on a recent credit report that Enhanced Recovery removed the collection but hasn't compensated me for it.

Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states, It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' XXXX XXXX and the above mentioned, the financial institutions and the Consumer reporting agencies XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they never had my written consent. Any and all consent to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and the above mentioned whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' All the above Furnishers of information to credit agencies never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services. I will persue a lawsut for monitary relaif for these violations per 15 U.S. Code 1681n - Civil liability for willful noncompliance ( a ) In general Any person who willfully fails to comply with any requirement imposed under this subchapter with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of ( A ) any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00} ; or ( B ) in the case of liability of a natural person for obtaining a consumer report under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose, actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or {$1000.00}, whichever is greater ; If you can prove they willfully violated the act you are entitled to at least XXXX XXXX per violation plus any other damages you have sustained as a result of their failure to follow the law. If you have to file more than 1 complaint, willful noncompliance can easily be proven as they had a full understanding of the violations after you complained the 1st time. Every company in their agreements with consumers said they would follow the law and agreed to do so they are aware that they are breaking the law. I demand {$9000.00} for these violations. i have been injured as a result i suffer financial loss, embarrassment, loss of apatite, rejection from acquiring things to live my life in the pursuit of happiness.

Consumer Complaint: I sent a letter asking XXXX, to reinvestigate my accounts. Here is my tracking # XXXX. It has been over thirty days without a reply. I'm trying to buy a house for my family and XXXX hasn't sent me anything. They also haven't modified the accounts to ensure everything is 100 % accurate, nor have they updated the current status of the disputed information, which is another violation. This is causing me stress I feel helpless because the credit bureaus are not doing their job. According to 15 USC 168, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX have thirty days to investigate and send me results. Consumer Complaint: My name is XXXX XXXX, a federally protected consumer, and I am making this complaint against Enhanced Recovery for committing identity theft. On XX/XX/2023. I checked my credit and seen that an account reporting that I never opened or authorized was reporting negatively. I have never given Enhanced Recovery yet alone I am unaware of who they were until I looked the company up on XXXX. I never gave ANY permission to use any of my identifying information to commit fraud. Until Enhanced Recovery can provide me with sufficient documentary evidence, such as a trilateral contract remove this fraudulent negative open account from my credit file, if this documentary evidence can not be produced and Enhanced Recovery continues to report this unauthorized account. I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and Enhanced Recovery will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception and securities fraud. Enhanced Recovery is also reporting an unknown address on my credit file attached to this account that I have informed the credit agencies that does not belong to me and that I have never lived at.
