Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I sent a debt validation letter to XXXX XXXX XXXX to the address listed on my credit report. I don't recall receiving notice. I don't recall giving XXXX XXXX permission to release my medical information to a third party. I requested that they send me everything that XXXX has already sent them to prove I owe this debt. The amount they are claiming and that I owe them. I asked for some sort of agreement bearing my signature. When I did not receive a response. I sent a letter to XXXX, XXXX and Equifax XX/XX/2023 requesting they investigate. I also pointed out a number of inconsistencies. XXXX responded back to me at the address I used to send my letter saying they were not going to investigate because they don't believe it was me!!! XXXX said the same thing. The letter responses are a violation of my right to an investigation. Equifax did not respond at all.
