Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: I am reporting EQUIFAX AGAIN! They have NOT corrected my credit report. I have filed MANY reports and sent proof of what the balance should be. I also spent my LAST {$25.00} on XXXX XXXX to overnight them PROOF my student loans should have a XXXX balance because they were consolidated but they REFUSED to change it. Not only that I sent a letter showing what companies had my PERMISSION to pull my credit report. I was told by a representative to call the people on my report and get a letter saying they didn't have permission to pull my report. I was informed that I could NOT get a letter because they DON'T know me. IM SICK AND TIRED OF DOING THEIR JOB. THEY ARE RUINING MY LIFE. Not only is this stressing me out I suffered a XXXX XXXX from ALL the stress they have put me under. I WANT JUSTICE!!!! When I contacted your company, it said the case was closed. This is what I sent to your company before. I applied for an auto loan through 4 banks and was told by the last bank that I had an excessive number of inquiries on my report. I look at my credit report and noticed I had 26 companies that pulled my report without my approval. I then contacted the credit bureaus and disputed them. Within 24 hours I received a message saying my disputes were resolved. There is NO way they contacted the companies and verified those accounts. I did the dispute around XXXX on XX/XX/2023 and received an email at XXXX on XX/XX/2023 saying it was resolved and that they will remain on my report for 2 years. Because I am a realtor, I understand how too many inquires can affect your credit score. I am asking that you investigate this and have all the ones I did NOT authorize removed ASAP. If you have any questions, I can be reached at XXXX or by email at XXXX if I DO NOT GET JUSTICE BY XXXX XXXX, I WILL FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST YOUR COMPANY AS WELL AS EQUIFAX. I am also including XXXX and XXXX

Consumer Complaint: In your response to my previous complaint filed through the CFPB, you acknowledged the existence of internal fraud procedures. However, despite these procedures, your agency granted permission for the inquiries in question without obtaining my consent. This represents a clear violation of my consumer rights and raises concerns about the overall integrity of the credit reporting process. XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX
