Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602, There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. Equifax, XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states. '' It is the policy of the Congress that each financial Institution has an obligation to respect the privacy of it's customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers non public personal information. The financial institution and the consumer reporting agencies Equifax, XXXX and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they surely do not have my written consent. Any and all consent to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX whether it be verbal, non verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. Equifax, XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that '' A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services.

Under 15 USC 1681 section 602 states I have a right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 section 604a section 2 it also states a Consumer Reporting Agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. Under 15 USC 's 1666b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding the accuracy of the information on my credit report. I have previously sent XXXX validation letters on the following dates : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX In each of these letters, I have diligently outlined the discrepancies I have identified in my credit report and have requested thorough validation of the information in question. Unfortunately, despite my repeated efforts, I have not received any proof of validation from Equifax. The inaccuracies I am referring to pertain to [ specify the inaccurate information, such as incorrect account details, late payments, or other discrepancies ]. These inaccuracies not only impact my credit score but also create an unjust representation of my financial history. I understand that accurate reporting is crucial to maintaining the integrity of credit information, and I believe in the importance of fair and transparent credit reporting practices. Therefore, I kindly request Equifax to conduct a thorough validation of the information in question and provide me with the necessary documentation to support the accuracy of the reported data. I urge you to treat this matter with the utmost urgency and address it promptly to rectify the inaccuracies on my credit report. Consumer Complaint: As of XX/XX/XXXX I have learned that my identity has been stolen and used fraudulently. I have included several documents for evidence of proper reporting of the matter. I have mailed my complaints as well as attempted direct complaints with Equifax, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX, although XXXX did not provide an online option for my needs. There have been multiple instances of false personal information, addresses, hard and soft inquiries, phone numbers & email addresses. I have spent a great deal of time since my knowledge of the matter beginning in XXXX of XXXX, trying to clear all of the errors up. I filed disputes on XXXX of XXXX which remedied several items but not all and thus leading me to spend even more time and money to research remedies and to provide all of the additional documents ( included ). I have also found multiple instance of privacy violations which are addressed in the documents as well. I have since also froze all of those mentioned. As of this time, my home has incurred over {$50000.00} worth of loss and damages since XX/XX/XXXX.
