Consumer Complaint: Despite the passage of the mandatory 30-day timeframe, I have yet to receive any valid verification of the fraud accounts in question. This raises a multitude of questions in my mind, the foremost being : WHY ON EARTH DOES YOUR BUREAU PERSIST IN REPORTING THESE ACCOUNTS WHEN IT HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED VERIFICATION WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME? I was the victim and Im not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. The lack of responsiveness from your bureau is not only astonishing but also a blatant violation of the FCRA. It leaves me questioning the efficacy of your investigative processes and the commitment to upholding the rights of consumers. If your bureau can not provide valid verification within the mandated timeframe, it is only logical that you refrain from reporting these dubious accounts and causing further harm to my creditworthiness. XXXX XXXX -PLEASE DELETE!!! XXXX XXXX XXXX-PLEASE DELETE!!! It is with a dubious sense of irony that I question the credibility of a bureau that continues to report information it can not substantiate within the stipulated timeframe. I implore you to take a moment of introspection and consider the implications of your actions on the lives of consumers. The continued reporting of these fraud accounts without valid verification is not only an affront to my financial well-being but also a disservice to the principles of accuracy and fairness outlined in the FCRA.

I submitted sufficient information for you perform a reasonable investigation of my dispute. Unfortunately, you neglected to conduct a reasonable investigation. If you had investigated properly, you would have removed the accounts. Depending solely on your flawed e-Oscar system has proven to produce less than accurate and fair information. I request that you take a more active and accurate approach to re-investigate the following accounts. Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Name : XXXX Reason : Unverified and illegal reporting, remove immediately As in XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), and Richardson v. Fleet, Equifax , et al, the courts ruled each and every time that the CRA couldn't merely " parrot '' information from the creditors and collection agencies ... that they have to conduct an independent REASONABLE investigation to ensure the validity of the debt and the honesty/integrity of the creditor/CA in question. Sending out a generic form letter through the e-Oscar system that does not even contain my reasons for the dispute is by no one 's measure reasonable. As I'm sure you are aware, each violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act allows damages of {$1000.00} should this matter end up in court. If you fail to initiate an investigation regarding my dispute, I will take legal action to protect my credit rating and myself. I will fully exercise my right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I was informed that my information was sold and bought illegally because Im a victim of the Equifax data breach. I want these items deleted from my credit reports effective immediately.
