The List of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1681c. ( a ) ( 5 ) Section States : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

Consumer Complaint: Hello, when I checked my XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2024, I noticed there are multiple names on my account and XXXX accounts opened without my permission under different name. I contacted XXXX and I told him my account was locked for last XXXX years and how come, someone could open the account under my name they advise me to send a complaints to CFPB and let them know what happened the last time I open the credit was XXXX years ago through XXXX XXXX, and anything after that is not mine and there are multiple names which now associated with my account, which none of them belong to me would you please remove those accounts from my credit report and please remove the name thats not mine from my report also? My home address was changed also. There are some accounts which shows its closed also which doesnt belong to me please see attached screenshot of all the documents. Thats none of them belongs to me. Please remove all these from my credit report. thanks for your help.

Consumer Complaint: i was recently released from a long XXXX when i found on my credit report to be suspicious activity or in other words my identity was being use without my authorization. On XXXX i sent to Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX via priority mail an Identity theft Affidavit, dispute letter and supporting documentation such as Proof Of XXXX. The expected delivery date was XX/XX/XXXX. Also on XX/XX/XXXX i sent dispute letters and supporting documents individually to the creditors XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX with expected delivery dates of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. ( after verification with mail carrier it was confirmed that all packages was in fact delivered on their expected dates ) On XX/XX/XXXX Equifax 's system shows that they received the documents. In between that date and the date of XX/XX/XXXX Equifax was investigating the claim. On XX/XX/XXXX Equifax completed the investigation but there were still XXXX accounts on my credit report that resulted from identity theft. Those acounts that were not removed as a result on my SSN being compromised were : -XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX Balance : {$16.00} -XXXX XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX Balance : {$170.00} XXXX XXXX acct # XXXX Balance : {$0.00} On XX/XX/XXXX I recorded a call with a representative by the name of XXXX who best advised me to file another dispute. So felt with no other options i took the advice of the representative.
