As a consumer of a financial institution, I have a right to privacy, and a continuing right to Opt-Out of the sharing, reporting and disclosure of my personal, private information and creditworthiness. This is illegal under 15 USC 1681 b as written consent is required to post any and all transactions to my consumer report. Consumer Complaint: I have been under the impression that the credit card company reported me delinquent in XXXX of 2023, but after reviewing all three reports, I have discovered that this is just an error on Equifax 's end. I have called several times and filed two disputes, but they will not fix this issue, and now I can not close my home. Now they just hang up on me and refuse to help and fix this issue even, though I do not know what to do, and I have to close in a few weeks.

Consumer Complaint: I am being denied for credit due to my credit scores appearing nearly XXXX points less on XXXX in my letter denying credit. My scores are not all in agreement with the information reporting and the scores creating major conflict within my financial strength and capabilities. My score across all the bureaus are all wildly different. Equifax is XXXX while XXXX is XXXX. I want my reports all to reflect accurately and precisely so that I dont have to spend hours upon hours losing sleep figuring out what is correct and incorrect. XXXX of XXXX is ideal for me and I would like the other bureaus to mirror the information. I further ask that when reporting my score to a potential creditor that it be send accurately and in real time. The denial letter from XXXX XXXX services via XXXX is specifically targeted. The letter said my score was XXXX! A far leap from XXXX. Please make sure an accurate credit score is being provided. This is damaging me financially, its crippling.
