I have identified several instances where you are willfully, inaccurately, and unlawfully reporting that the following accounts are negative without furnishing any proof of verification of these alleged debts nor that you followed all laws and regulations under the FCRA to report them therefore you must REMOVE all negative accounts and adverse remarks as they are causing unjust harm. I am asserting my rights under exclusive equity and am seeking equitable remedies to address the harm caused by your company.
