Subissue: Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone

Consumer Complaint: I sent a dispute about my XXXX account status that shows multiple late payments. XXXX bank doesnt respond to me, I have a monthly automatic payment so the payment comes out every month from my account, and the credit bureaus just keep saying they verified its late and refuse to send me validation like they are supposed to according to law from the fair credit act. I want the late payments updated on my report since they have failed 3 times to show me validation and now have made it where I can NoT dispute it anymore.

Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The hard inquiries above are on my equifax credit file and were made with no permissible purpose. Where is the proof that these creditors had the ability to pull my credit report? Equifax has yet to send me anything to support that these were pulled with my authorization. May I also add that these hard inquiries were made on my equifax and XXXX credit file and the Cfpb/XXXX has already removed these same hard inquiries from my XXXX because they were fraudulent ) but equifax continues to report these fraudulent reportings on my credit file. And has violated my consumer rights multiple of times in the process of me trying to get these illegal fraudulent inquiries removed. without any explanation or evidence that they are accurate and were made by me they verified these items as accurate! Even after sending them proof that the cfpb has already removed the same hard inquiries from my transuinion credit file and having sent them 3 more letters, calling them twice, made reports with the federal trade commission, and also filing a previous complaint with the cfpb regarding these fraudulent inquiries all to have no prevail and for equifax to close the complaint. Ive contacted the creditors individually to get the original application that was made to pull my credit, and only one letter was responded to with an application that is obviously fraudulent with information that does not belong to me. I have sent all this information to equifax and they still continue to report it as accurate. I have also attached all this information that Ive documented below. During equifax investigation process they violated my consumer rights multiple of times and I have all this evidence documented and attached below. On XXXX I requested an investigation by equifax regarding erroneous items on my credit file via certified mail # ( XXXX ) return receipt # ( XXXX ) on XXXX equifax reported there investigation as verified as accurate, this concerned me as I know for a fact that these accounts are fraudulent. Well to no surprise there infact was no investigation conducted by equifax because if they did they would have realized that the application the same application that was sent to me from XXXX XXXX of XXXX that was used to pull my credit report was not made by me giving that the person that filled out the application used a bunch of information that has never belonged to me such as, my home number, email address, home address, employer, and previous employer. if equifax did preform an actual investigation they would have seen this application, and seen all this inaccurate information. By equifax not investigating these inquiries after I requested VIOLATES MY CONSUMER RIGHTS under FCRA section 623. For two, my consumer rights were violated because If a consumer notifies a furnisher that the consumer disputes the completeness or accuracy of any information reported by the furnisher, the furnisher may not subsequently report that information to a CRA without providing notice of the dispute. Section 623 ( a ) ( 3 ). Equifax had 30 days from the date that my dispute letter was sent, and according to the return receipt number above equifax had a dead line date of XX/XX/XXXX to add this information to my credit file. If you pull my credit file equifax has not provided a notice of dispute to my credit profile, Violating my consumer rights. On XX/XX/XXXX equifax completed their investigation and responded to my dispute as verified as accurate, this concerned me giving that these hard inquiries are infact fraudulent! So On XXXX I sent a letter to equifax via certified mail # ( XXXX ) return receipt # ( XXXX ) requesting under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) for a reinvestigation and description of the procedure used by their agency for reinvestigation that they used to verify these hard inquiries as accurate, according to FCRA section 611 equifax was required to forward all relevant information I provided to the creditors for their investigation of my dispute. I requested all this information on 11-14-2023. According to the FCRA section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) equifax had 15 DAYS TO SEND ME THE REINVESTIGATION RESULTS! And according to the return receipt number equifax received this letter on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX giving equifax a deadline date of XX/XX/XXXX. Equifax has not sent me any reinvestigation results or any information regarding their investigation VIOLATING MY CONSUMER RIGHTS AGAIN! According to the FCRA section 611! For the 3rd time! May I also add that On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX I sent individual letters to each of the banks that pulled my credit file with no authorization, to get only one response by the original company that the application was filed through. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, And they sent me a copy of application that is clearly fraudulent without any signature or written consent from me on this application! Not even a copy of my ID or social security card was included with the application! But yet equifax has reported these hard inquiries as verified as accurate!? How? Who verified these hard inquiries? These inquiries are fraudulent and its obvious that equifax has no evidence supporting that these inquiries were made by me! If they did they would have sent them to me as they were required by law! Also may I add that on XXXX equifax responded to my reinvestigation results with a letter stating that they are still investigating! This is in violation to my consumer rights giving they had 15 days to respond! And their dead line was XX/XX/XXXX! They also are reporting that the inquiries are factual how did they come back factual and they havent received any information from any of any of the companies to prove they are factual? On what grounds were these verified as accurate? Im not understanding why are these fraudulent inquiries that the cfpb has already found fraudulent and removed from my XXXX report are they still reporting by equifax? Can someone help me please like this is ridiculous and illegal and I will be filing a lawsuit against equifax and second payment for every single day that these illegal fraudulent hard inquiries reported on my credit file after the notice to equifax that they were fraudulent, this is very unprofessional on their behalf. Also is text messages from XXXX XXXX harassing me via text message, claiming that I am just trying to clean my credit in at these hard inquiries are not fraudulent! Below is proof!

Consumer Complaint: XXXX Credit Bureau continues to commit fraud by reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibits creditors from reporting and collecting debt that has been settled, discharged, or is no longer collectable. It stands to reason that creditors may not make credit reports or collect debt after that debt is reported on an IRS form 1099C. Per the FCRA, as a Federally protected consumer I'm now opting out of any and all authorization I the consumer may have given you written or unwritten, verbal or nonverbal per 15 U.S.C. 6802. The law says it's illegal to report transaction history on my credit report per H.R. 4120-Comprehensive Credit Act of 2021. A charge-off is considered a certificate of indebtedness which means it's considered income and income can not be reported on my credit report. According to 15 U.S.C. 6508 I have a right to opt out of the inaccurate information on my credit report. XXXX Credit Bureau is in violation of 16 CFR Sec. 433.2 Preservation of consumer claims and defenses unfair or deceptive acts or practices. XXXX Credit Bureau also violated the Privacy Act of 1974. The inquires on my credit report is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681 of the FCRA-Permissible Purposes. Also XXXX Credit Bureau is in violation of the Family and Educational Privacy Act of 1974 by reporting XXXX loan history. When I signed up for a XXXX loan, I signed a privacy act form that said the school will not provide transaction history to any third-party companies. If my credit report isn't adjusted, I will be forced to file a lawsuit in Federal District Court.
