Consumer Complaint: I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the presence of fraudulent accounts on my credit report, which I believe have been included in error. I demand that you investigate and rectify this situation with utmost urgency and aggression. I was the victim & I'm not sure why the CRA is not complying with the law. The other bureaus have followed suit. Im very confused why this one seems to ignore my requests. Upon reviewing my credit report, I discovered several accounts that are not legitimate and were opened without my knowledge or consent. The inclusion of these fraudulent accounts is not only damaging my credit score but is also an alarming breach of my financial security. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!!!! It is imperative that you delete these fraudulent accounts from my credit report immediately, as they are tarnishing my creditworthiness and causing me undue distress. I expect you to exercise due diligence in this matter and resolve it in the shortest time possible. Furthermore, I am aware of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which mandates that inaccurate and fraudulent information be promptly corrected. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in legal action being taken against the credit bureau. I insist on receiving regular updates on the progress of your investigation and the actions taken to remove the fraudulent accounts from my credit report. Any delay or negligence in addressing this matter will be considered a violation of my consumer rights. Please treat this dispute with the urgency and severity it deserves.

I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration with the unsuccessful attempts to remove fraudulent items from my account with Credit Bureaus. Despite multiple efforts to address this issue, the resolution process has proven to be challenging and unproductive. I discovered unauthorized and fraudulent transactions on my account, which has caused significant distress and inconvenience. Since then, I have been diligently working to rectify this matter by contacting your customer service department on [ dates of contact ]. Regrettably, each attempt to resolve the issue has been met with limited success. I understand that fraud-related matters require thorough investigation, and I appreciate your commitment to addressing such concerns. Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. '' Equifax, XXXX and XXXX are consumer reporting agencies and I am the Consumer. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states, It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , is a financial institution by definition under that title. 15 USC 1681 section 604 a section 2 states that " In general Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. '' XXXX XXXX and the above mentioned, the financial institutions and the Consumer reporting agencies Equifax and XXXX do not have my consent to furnish this information and they never had my written consent. Any and all consent to Equifax, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and the above mentioned whether it be verbal, non-verbal, written, implied or otherwise is revoked. 15 USC 6802 ( b ) ( c ) states that " A financial institution may not disclose nonpublic personal information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the consumer is given an explanation of how the consumer can exercise that nondisclosure option. '' All the above Furnishers of information to credit agencies never informed me of my right to exercise my nondisclosure option. Not only that 15 USC 1681C ( a ) ( 5 ) states '' Except as authorized under subsection ( b ), no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years. '' This account is an adverse item they are reporting again without my permission which is against the law. 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A states " A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. 15 U.S. Code 1681e states '' Every consumer reporting agency shall maintain reasonable procedures designed to avoid violations of section 1681c of this title and to limit the furnishing of consumer reports to the purposes listed under section 1681b of this title. Equifax, XXXX and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures. Also 12 CFR 1016.7 states that A consumer may exercise the right to opt out at any time. '' I am opting out of your reporting services. I will persue a lawsut for monitary relaif for these violations per 15 U.S. Code 1681n - Civil liability for willful noncompliance ( a ) In general Any person who willfully fails to comply with any requirement imposed under this subchapter with respect to any consumer is liable to that consumer in an amount equal to the sum of ( A ) any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00} ; or ( B ) in the case of liability of a natural person for obtaining a consumer report under false pretenses or knowingly without a permissible purpose, actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or {$1000.00}, whichever is greater ; If you can prove they willfully violated the act you are entitled to at least XXXX $ per violation plus any other damages you have sustained as a result of their failure to follow the law. If you have to file more than 1 complaint, willful noncompliance can easily be proven as they had a full understanding of the violations after you complained the 1st time. Every company in their agreements with consumers said they would follow the law and agreed to do so they are aware that they are breaking the law. I demand {$30000.00} for these violations. i have been injured as a result i suffer financial loss, embarrassment, loss of apatite, rejection from acquiring things to live my life in the pursuit of happiness, and liberty.

They are reporting again, without my permission, which is against the law. 15 USC 1681 s-2 ( A ) ( XXXX ) states A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows that has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. With all the misspellings and inaccuracies is present in the credit reports from those credit reporting agencies, they will fully know that there is incorrect and in accurate information. These reports have violated. My American dream have kept me from financial freedom. They have caused me hardship and undue stress, not to mention the anguish of rejection for Credit, I wish to remove any old or duplicate addresses from my report. They are all non-mailable addresses remove any old or duplicate phone numbers. They are all noncontactable numbers, remove any variations of my name. That are incorrect they maybe even identity fraud. I have no middle name. Issue: Problem with a company's investigation into an existing problem

Consumer Complaint: Dispute letters were sent to both Equifax and XXXX regarding XXXX Accounts. These accounts were closed and charged off. They were reporting vary inaccurately as well illegally because they were showing Balances and Late Payments on a charged off account, inaccurately matching status on dates, as well repeat info of reporting it being charged off month after month, as well as no data reporting in gaps. I've sent 3 dispute letters asking for remediation of these inaccurately reporting accounts. However, it appears obvious, that no true action is being taken to make all corrections needed because they totally ignored 90 % of my request. This Has been complete negligence on their part. If an account has been charged off, it should not be reporting balances, past due, etc. because the Creditor has reported 1099-c to the IRS. As it stands in accordance with the FCRA, the inaccurate and incomplete reporting by Equifax and XXXX are in direct violation of 15 USC 1681 e ( b ) as well as15 USC 1681 s-2. I have reason to believe Equifax is not properly using the procedures put in place by the FCRA for verification with maximum accuracy. I am attaching the letters and screen shots of the credit reports etc. The first letters were sent via certified mail and I do have receipts verifying the received it. The remainder of the correspondence has been directly via bureaus online portal.
