Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: Thank you for assisting me in this matter. I would have chosen not to write this complaint and got the CFPB involved if I had other options, but unfortunately here we are. My issue stems with XXXX XXXX for XXXX separate accounts : XXXX ( balance {$260000.00} ) XXXX ( balance {$100000.00} ) I went online in XXXX of 2023 to make a payment for both of these accounts and there system was down to site maintenance. I called in the following Monday where a support representative alerted me of site maintenance and I made my payment. Unbeknownst to me, I ended up receiving a late payment with XXXX for XXXX of 2023 for both accounts. This has had a significantly negative affect on my Credit Score and prevented me from doing much as I am no shackled. Normally I am not one to complain, however, this is unjust and inaccurate. According to the FCRA and FCBA, this information should be corrected and removed from my report. I have attempted to dispute these late payments several time to no real avail : XX/XX/2023 XX/XX/2023 XX/XX/2023 XX/XX/2023 and XX/XX/2023 I decided to be more proactive and attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt and called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I alerted them that I had disputed the late payments on my credit report form them because they are inaccurate due to their site being down for maintenance. The support representative agreed that that was the case and made notes in my file and stated that they would correct it. I asked if I should dispute the late payments with the Credit bureaus again and they stated it wasn't necessary but I could if I wanted to. We are not 3 months past this conversation, several attempts at rectifying this with the bureaus and my Credit still being affected by their blatant mistake. This has caused extreme mental anguish as I am not capable at borrowing at the rates I deserve, rather what XXXX XXXX error states I deserve. I wanted to shine a light on these practices hoping that I can get these late payments removed because the error is not on me, yet on them.
