Consumer Complaint: I want to emphasize that I am not the account holder associated with the aforementioned creditor, and I believe this to be a case of mistaken identity. It is distressing to learn that my credit report has been inaccurately linked to an account that I have no knowledge of, and I fear that this misidentification has occurred due to the wrongful association of the theft victim with the alleged thief. I am a victim of identity theft, and I have taken immediate steps to dispute this account with the creditor in question. They have acknowledged the fraudulent nature of the account and are working to rectify the situation. However, I am adamant that there has been a misunderstanding, as I have no knowledge of the account in question, and it appears that my identity has been wrongfully associated with fraudulent activity. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - FRAUD, PLEASE DELETE!!! I insist on a thorough reexamination of the verification process, as I am confident that an error has occurred. It is crucial for the accuracy and integrity of my credit report that this wrongfully verified fraudulent account be removed promptly. I request that you conduct a diligent investigation into this matter and, upon verification of the inaccuracies in the reporting, proceed with the immediate removal of the wrongfully verified fraudulent account from my credit report. I also expect regular updates on the progress of the investigation within the time frame stipulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ).

Consumer Complaint: I have been contacting Equifax regarding my credit report.Previously I had several fraud accounts that has been resolved.Yet the Bureau erased many of my accounts.See my XXXX report.Those same account I marked on the side reports to all XXXX bureaus.Some odd reason Equifax removed my accounts and the creditor are trying to report them and cant... .I have tried numerous times resolving this issue and to no avail.Also when my credit bureau is pulled the creditors arent receiving the report.Its coming up empty no report.This has caued me irriatable harm over and over.I have not froze or asked for any freeze... Please have a supervisor over Consumer Affairs to call me.Everytime I ask for a supervisor the represenative stated he the highest supervisor ( representative namely XXXX ) I want a supervisor over Consumer Affairs. Everytime I attempt to do anything with XXXX.Im told to send my id and social.That a long process each time. Im giving 10 days this matter resolved ..... I have letters from creditors stating they reporting my accounts but they not appearing.I got letters showing my file is locked or frozen and cant be access.
