Consumer Complaint: Equifax is currently reporting an incorrect address on my credit report and not only are they in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ( a ) as I reported fraud on this address and in that they are required to remove it within 4 days of the the identify theft report which was received by them on XX/XX/XXXX, but this address is a non mailable address that represents a debt that is not valid. And in accordance with 15 usc 1681 n-1 must be removed immediately. Across the board all 3 credit reports have to report the same info it has already been investigated by XXXX and XXXX already removed the accounts and list the proper information Equifax is the only agency not reporting properly which is in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) .please see the personal information portion of my credit report attached to verify I ask that Equifax remove the address XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX immeditatley. They are to replace it with my proper address of XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX.

Consumer Complaint: In XX/XX/2014 My wallet was lost that included my drivers license, social security caard, and other forms of identificaiton outside of my house and since then there have been several fraudulent account opened in my name student loans, utilitiy bills, car loans, credit cards, home leases, student loans and I dont know what elese. I have filed a police report as well. I would like for all these items to be deleted from my credit profile. ATTENTIVELY REVIEW my formal writ composed DECLARATION of Not Proven Com-pliant Misinformation that is all or in part : DEFICIENT of adequate current status in fullness of TRUTH, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, documented OWNERSHIP, cer-tifiable RESPONSIBILITY, or otherwise irrefutable compliant obligatory and regulatory requisite compliant reporting thereby mandating your immediate actions to rectify and remedy and any all infraction- ious behavior ( s ) by retaining or returning to DEMONSTRATED TRUE, CORRECT, COMPLETE, and COMPLIANT METRO 2 data field formatted reporting!
