This response is in direct violation of the mandate outlined in 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( 5 ), which obligates these agencies to remove or modify accounts that are not reporting correctly. Furthermore, it is crucial to emphasize the importance of 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ), which explicitly prohibits the furnishing of inaccurate consumer information to any consumer reporting agency. It is evident that these agencies have not complied with this critical provision. I possess compelling evidence supporting my claims of credit reporting violations and, as a result, have submitted this formal complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. My primary objective is to secure a resolution that ensures the accurate reporting of my credit information, in alignment with federal laws and guidelines, while holding the credit reporting agencies accountable for their non-compliance.

Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX have noticed inaccuracies on my credit report such as late payments. I am writing this letter to have my credit report updated to be current and up to date. First, according to the F.C.R.A Section 604 ( A ) ( 3 ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( b ) Permissible purpose states that I have the right to privacy and that my information can not be shared without my written consent! Second, Section 607 ( A ) 15 U.S Code 1681 ( e ) Compliance and Procedures states my report must be 100 % accurate at all times and these late payments are not accurate! Nor did I authorize these late payments to show on my report. Third, according to the Truth and Lending Act Section 15 U.S Code 1666 ( b ) corrections of billing errors the CRA must correct any billing errors made on the consumer 's credit report with a written statement of what accounts need to be updated and corrected.
