Consumer Complaint: I have been trying to log into MyEquifax for YEARS. See attached screen shot. It does not load my credit report or any information and will not allow me to dispute anything. I have called Equifax numerous times, attempting to provide them with the pop up code I receive ( see screenshot ) and each time they just put me through a lengthy ID verification process and tell me that technical support will contact me through email. I am not allowed to actually talk to anyone in technical support. Because of this, I have been unable to dispute a collection account that was posted in error, previously disputed which Equifax incorrectly VERIFIED and Equifax refuses to provide me with an email or fax to submit my proof that this account has a XXXX balance and in fact the collection agency provided me a letter stating this collection was an ERROR and that the requested DELETION from Equifax. This has caused me harm including poor credit scores, higher interest rates, etc. Equifax is not furnishing correct information about me as required by LAW
