Consumer Complaint: Recently i did an investigation on my credit report, which caused XXXX XXXX and found unverifiable, invalidated, inaccurate and questionable items that your agencies did not make sure it was reporting 100 % correct. In accordance with the Fair Credit Report Act, everything has to be 100 % on my credit report and under 15U.S.Code 1681e ( b ) and 15U.S.Code 1681i ( 5 ) these accounts are in violation of not reporting 100 % accurate.

Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I noticed that several items in my report are incomplete and not accurate. I sent a letter to XXXX on XX/XX/2023 and asked them to investigate the completeness and accuracy. The results I received did not fix the inaccuracies. They are in violation of federal law : According to 15 USC 1681e ( b ) it states this : Accuracy of report. Whenever a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report it shall follow reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy of the information concerning the individual about whom the report relates. According to 15 USC 1681 ( 5 ) it stats this : Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information : ( A ) In general if after any reinvestigation under paragraph 1 of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation, and promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified. According to 15 USC 1681 ( s ) it states this ( 5 ) treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) in general if, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall -- ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation : and ( ii ) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. According to 15 USC 1681s-2 it states this : ( A ) Reporting information with actual knowledge of errors, A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( I ) the person has been notifed by the consumer at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate and the information is in fact inaccurate. This is unfair treatment. Please fix.

Consumer Complaint: I have filed XXXX disputes with Equifax in regards to a medical collection debt on my credit report. I have attempted to dispute with creditor first then filed dispute with Equifax, in XXXX of 2023 they came back and stated the debt was valid. Upon my request for the means in which they validated the debt and the information provided they declined and advised I reach out to the creditor which will not respond. Equifax is in violation of my rights as a consumer to accurately prove validation of debt as well as failure to provide accurate creditor information. It is shown on there website to be as a consumer as XXXX XXXX yet they have it on there end as XXXX and XXXX. XXXX and XXXX did there legal obligation to protect me as a consumer and appropriately and properly investigated my disputed and protected me from invalid debt and have since removed this debt from my credit. I am requesting that the debt for XXXX XXXX or XXXX and XXXX in the amount of {$890.00} be removed from my credit immediately.

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information if I identify information in my file that is incomplete or inaccurate, and report it to your consumer reporting agency. Your agency must correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information. Inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information must be removed or corrected, usually within 30 days. On or about XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I asked that all previous inaccurate or unverifiable address be removed from my credit file. The Congress makes the following findings : ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. ( b ) Reasonable procedures. It is the purpose of this title to require that consumer reporting agencies adopt reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to the consumer, with regard to the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of this title. According to the FCRA and congress your response of reporting old outdated addresses used for billing and/or application purposes will appear and remain on my credit file is not sufficient reason according to law. These outdated address put me and my credit worthiness at risk as I have had numerous pieces of mail sent to these addresses with personal identifiable information contained on them which is a violation of the FCRA as well as a violation of the Privacy Act. In view of these clear violations of the FCRA and Privacy Act please delete the following addresses from my credit file. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX TN XXXX listed as residence since XX/XX/XXXX. This is inaccurate information as proven by my current attached Drivers License showing me as a resident of Georgia with my true accurate mailing address listed. I would also like the name listed on my credit file to show only XXXX XXXX XXXX as listed on my current Drivers License and my only employer listed to reflect XXXX XXXX XXXX and my position listed as XXXX XXXX All other job titles and employers should be immediately removed from my credit file per the aforementioned FCRA law.
