Consumer Complaint: I, XXXX XXXX XXXX, am a natural living person. I am writing to dispute certain information present on my credit report, which I believe is inaccurate. This dispute is based on the provisions outlined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, including 15 U.S. Code 1681a, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2, and 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ). According to 15 U.S. Code 1681a, the definition of a consumer report excludes reports containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the reporting entity. It is evident that the information in dispute falls under this exclusion. Furthermore, 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 emphasizes the responsibility of furnishers of information to consumer reporting agencies. The law stipulates that furnishers must provide accurate information and prohibits reporting with actual knowledge of errors. In addition, 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) supports my claim by specifying exclusions from the definition of a consumer report, highlighting the relevance of the disputed information to this exclusion. I am also placing a FTC reference number- # XXXX so that you can verify the inaccuracy of fraud that is placed on my credit report. Now based on the provisions mentioned above, I kindly request an investigation into these discrepancies and urge prompt action to rectify the inaccuracies. As per my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I also request that you provide me with a written explanation of the results of your investigation. Enclosed are copies of documents supporting my claim for your review. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and request that the inaccurate information be corrected or removed from my credit report at the earliest.

Consumer Complaint: I have disputed two hard inquiries on my Equifax credit report : ( 1 ) Inquiry Date : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( 2 ) Inquiry Date : XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have contacted Equifax a total of 3 times for the purpose of disputing these inquiries, as I have never had any contact with these two businesses or given them permission to make hard inquiries on my credit files. I first contacted Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX by filing an electronic dispute. Equifax completed this " investigation '' within 7 days with their determination being that the inquiries was valid and would remain on my credit report. I then wrote to Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX requesting that they provide documentation to support this, but never received any response or confirmation that my information was received. Finally, I filed a second electronic dispute of these two hard inquiries on XX/XX/XXXX. This time Equifax claimed to have finished their " investigation '' in less than 24 hours with the result being the same as the first dispute. As I have stated, I have never had any contact with these businesses and these hard inquiries should be deleted from my credit report immediately. I previously requested that Equifax provide me with proof that these companies were given the proper authorization to conduct these hard inquiries, by providing a signed contract or other supporting documentation. Equifax has failed to do so. Furthermore I believe that Equifax has failed to conduct reasonable investigations into this matter in violation of the FCRA and US Code 1681i.

Consumer Complaint: Fair Credit Reporting Act states everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. The listed accounts below violated my federally protected consumer rights .The Credit bureaus have stated a proper investigation was performed but I find this to not be accurate or possible, the open dates are inaccurate, the dates last active are inaccurate, and dates last reported are not accurate, these are grounds for removal. On XXXX i sent a letter regarding the inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. To this day over 30 days later I have not received any response. I feel like I've been taken advantage of and also being ignored. Section 611 ( a ), it's plainly stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives reasons to immediately remove these items from my credit report. It has been over 30 days so they should be deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress caused in this process. The credit Bureaus also violated 15 usc 1681 section 623 ( 9 ) ( b ) ( 2 ) The credit bureaus are supposed to complete all investigations before the expiration of the period under section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ).
