Consumer Complaint: I obtained my full credit reports from the credit agencies XXXX, Equifax and XXXX and noticed that my reports were incorrect or were missing some information about my credit card charge account XXXX available credit limit. My XXXX XXXX Account has reached out to all credit report agencies and have stated they sent in information but have not been given the correct and proper assistance with reporting the accurate information for my credit card account. All credit reports for my XXXX account should be showing a balance of {$16000.00} as the credit limit of 1 year and 4 months of credit age. XXXX has notified me that the credit report agencies are not cooperating with their company on reporting accurate information they have sent out and reached out to the three credit report agencies. I have attached the proof of emails from XXXX about this matter as well as proof of the credit limit and information for this credit account. This account called XXXX account number XXXX current credit limit is {$16000.00} total and needs to be updated on all credit report agencies also the payment history should show one year and 4 months of positive payment history. The following incorrect information being reported currently as followed : XXXX is not reporting any information currently for this account at all after confirming with XXXX that the information I have listed above is on my credit report when it is not. XXXX are currently reporting a credit limit of {$0.00} with only one month on time payment even though the account is two years old this information is incorrect. XXXX has also stated they have been having problems with their data issue with reporting files but has yet to get back in contact or give an update to me or XXXX account. Equifax is lastly reporting a credit limit of {$12000.00} when the credit limit is {$16000.00} and credit age is 1 year and 4 months. This account called XXXX account number XXXX current credit limit is {$16000.00} total and needs to be updated on all credit report agencies also the payment history should show one year and 4 months of positive payment history.
