Consumer Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX, I wrote to you requesting an investigation into items that I believed were fraud, inaccurate, and falsely reporting. To this date only response that I have received was computergenerated letter stating that you have ceased investigation of my credit reports because, in your opinion, you believe that I have used a third party credit repair agency. I have maintained a careful record of my communications with you for the purpose of filing a complaint with the FTC should you continue in your non-compliance. I further remind you that, as in XXXX XXXX XXXX Information Solutions, 993 F. Supp. 2d 1154 - Dist.
