Per the enclosed court transcripts, between Myself, The Judge, Dept of Public Utilities Lawyers and Special Assistant Attorney from Attorney General 's Office. RI XXXX XXXX stated they have put a hold on any collection activities, including trying to collect money from me, shutting off services or reporting the account to the credit bureaus. I have repeatedly asked that the incorrect {$10000.00} amount be pulled from my credit reports. None of the credit bureaus have removed it, nor have they stopped falsely reporting it. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I spoke with a customer service representative from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX whose listed as reporting the false information, per my credit report. She told me that XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX the Contract from their office, yet they have not stopped reporting it as a collection debt due, though they were legally advise to stop!!! I demand that this falsely reported account be immediately removed from all Credit Bureaus ; Equifax, XXXX, XXXX and any others that might be falsely reporting this inaccurate information. Causing, Slander, Libel and Reputational Harm!!!
