Consumer Complaint: This creditor engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. According to 15 USC 1666b it is a billing error I did not receive a statement 21 days before the late payment error. If finance charge included, there should be no late payments pursuant 15 USC 1605 ( a ) due to finance charge bring sum of all charges so I can not be penalized for something that is already paid in full.

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the many unsuccessful attempts to correct the late opening of my account and the removal of the late closure status with Credit Bureaus. Despite multiple communications and persistent efforts on my part, these issues remain unresolved, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. The prolonged delay in correcting these issues has not only hindered my ability to access the account 's services but has also created unnecessary stress and uncertainty. I urgently request the following actions : Immediate and expedited investigation into the root cause of the late account openings and late closure status. Transparent communication regarding the steps being taken to correct these issues. Swift resolution of the account opening problem, with confirmation of the successful resolution. Removal of the late closure status from my account. Assurance that my account will be fully functional and restored to its proper status once these issues are resolved. Compensation for the inconvenience and any potential financial impact caused by the delayed account openings and late closure status. I insist on a resolution within the specified timeframe from the date of this letter. My account was expected to be opened, but despite my persistent efforts to rectify the situation, it remains unresolved.
