Consumer Complaint: According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. I have the right to make sure my private information isn't shared which is backed by 15 USC 6801 which states " It is the policy of the Congress that each financial institution has an affirmative and continuing obligation to respect the privacy of its customers and to protect the security and confidentiality of those customers nonpublic personal information. Equifax and XXXX are not maintaining reasonable procedures as Equifax and XXXX are not reporting these inquiries but XXXX is reporting them and this is obviously inaccurate reporting and that is unlawful and damaging to me. XXXX XXXX has continued to falsely report on this account to keep it active. No other company has done that to me. Ive previously disputed incorrect information being reported by XXXX XXXX. Equifax has done nothing to protect the consumer. Im not sure what monetary agreement XXXX XXXX and Equifax have between the XXXX of them, that makes Equifax do this. The other bureaus have removed it, due to the 7 year history. Equifax is intent on keeping this negative, false information following me. Its not right and the account should be removed!

Consumer Complaint: I am listing accounts below that have been reported inaccurately on my credit report. In compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and as a gesture of respect to the Federal Trade Commission Committee on accuracy and completeness of credit information I am formally writing in today to dispute negative information appearing on my credit. This incorrect information is greatly hindering me from getting the credit score I deserve and hopefully, this letter will resolve all the issues on my credit. I demand to see Verifiable Proof ( an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it ) of the accounts listed below. Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain credit.

Consumer Complaint: I have request several times to have this information corrected to no avail its XXXX and its still reflection on my credit file. Also Equifax XXXX especially and XXXX has very old accounts on my credit report from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which are very old even if the account says closed I have ask those old accounts to be removed from my credit file to no avail they still are listed and I want them removed. I only have XXXX name XXXX XXXX XXXX I only have XXXX address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I want all other names and address removed from my credit file and forward me a new copy of the credit report. Sue to the new Law these bureaus are not practicing the law and I want them hel accountable for not proper handing and misusing my credit file. Consumers must be provided with all sources for the information included in their file, including from the original and other sources, so they can correct misinformation. Consumers only need to make a request and provide identification to get their report rather than using specific language or lingo. The report must be presented in a way an average person could understand and include the sources of information. The CFPBs advisory opinion has no effect on formal rulemaking but highlights the bureaus top concerns. It comes as the CFPB considers expanding and updating federal credit reporting standards under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This is a statement from CFPB and I want my credit report fixed properly this time. Fix it and send me a new credit report reflecting the changes.
