Consumer Complaint: These credit bureaus are denying me my right and the ability to dispute accounts on my credit report that are inaccurate and who are also reporting inconsistencies with the other credit bureaus. This is a violation of my consumer rights which give me the right to an accurate updated credit report. They have also failed to provide me with how they have been able to validate each debt. Because these accounts remain on my credit report, they are causing major damages to my reputation as well as are prohibiting me from becoming a homeowner. I am entitled to have these accounts removed and received an update credit report. Accounts reporting inaccurately : 1 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Balance : {$3700.00} reporting as a charge-off. The date of last activity is not reporting on XXXX. Yet show the date of XX/XX/XXXX on Equifax and XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. Date Closed is not reporting on either Equifax or XXXX yet it shows XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. The payment history is also not reporting on XXXX but reflect different days on XXXX and Equifax. 2 ) XXXX XXXXBalance {$910.00} was removed from Equifax for it's inability to validate the date. Yet it is reporting on XXXX XXXX XXXX as a chargeoff. The payment history is inconsistent as it is not reporting on XXXX but is reporting on XXXX. The date closed is not showing at all on XXXX but showing a date of XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. The date of last activity is also not reporting on XXXX but showing XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. 3 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX is a fradulent account as I have no knowledge of it and it is only reporting on XXXX. 4 ) XXXX XXXX $ XXXXis reporting as a charge-off. The payment history for this account is inconsistent as it is reporting some months on XXXX, others on XXXX, and not all all on XXXX. Yet none of these reported payment histories are the same. The date closed is not reflected at all on Equifax or XXXX but it is showing a date of XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. The last date of activity is not reflected on XXXX but it is showing a date of XX/XX/XXXX on Equifax and XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. 5 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX $ XXXXThis account is also reflected as a chargeoff with several inconsistencies. The payment history is not reporting on XXXX but is reporting on XXXX and Equifax. The date closed is not reporting on either Equifax or XXXX but is reporting a date of XX/XX/XXXX. The date of last activity is not reported on XXXX but is reporting as XX/XX/XXXX on Equifax and XX/XX/XXXX on XXXX. 6 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX -Balance- $ XXXX-this account is reflected as charge-off. This account was deleted on Equifax due to the inconsistencies as well as their inability to validate the debt. The payment history is not reporting on XXXX but only showing charge-offs beginning XX/XX/XXXX nothing being reported prior to that activity. The date closed is not reported on XXXX but is showing a date of XX/XX/XXXX. Date of last activity is also not reporting on XXXX but is reporting on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX 7 ) XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) - This account was removed from my Equifax XXXX XXXX but is still reflecting on XXXX. I am interested in how this credit reporting agency was able to validate this debt as accurate but the others were not. 8 ) XXXX- There are two accounts reporting on XXXX both of which have been deleted from Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX I am interested in how this debt was able to be validated with XXXX but not with the other agencies. 9 ) XXXX XXXX I am unsure of the actual name of this collection agency as it is reporting as XXXX on Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am requesting the original contract with a signature to validate that this debt is mine. 10 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX company name XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is not reporting on Equifax. This account shows that is is a joint account, yet I don't know who the other individual on the account is. This is a fraudulent account. I am requesting that the original contract with the original signature be produced to validate this debt. If they are unable to do so, I am requesting that this account be deleted immediately. XXXX XXXX-Collection named XXXX on XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is not reporting on Equifax. I am requesting the original contract with a signature for this debt. Otherwise, I am requesting that this account be deleted immediately. All of these accounts listed are reporting inaccurate and inconsistent information between the three major credit union Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX. Two of the three agencies ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) are refusing to allow me to dispute this inaccurate information. They are also reporting these accounts as verified and accurate when there is no way a company can report different information to each bureau for the same account and it be found to be accurate. Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX each have a responsibility to properly investigate all consumer disputes as well as update the reports to reflect as accurate as possible.

Consumer Complaint: In approximately XXXX, I spoke with a customer service representative via telephone, inquiring why my account was closed when I only missed one payment in XX/XX/XXXX and was one day late for XXXX XXXX One missed payment and a day past grace period normally does not result in closing a credit line which Ive held for the past five years. In response to my inquiry, I was informed there was also a missed payment in XXXX XXXX Hearing this, I disputed and explained that I made a payment by phone in XXXX XXXX The customer service representative explained that the payment was not accepted. I indicated there is no way at all it wouldnt have been accepted, as there was plenty of money to cover the payment. The customer service representative reviewed the payment details with me, which revealed that the employee who took my payment over the phone input my checking account number incorrectly ( i.e. last four is XXXX, employee input XXXX ). I requested that the phone call audio be reviewed, to confirm that I did in fact provide correct payment information in attempt to remit payment, because I have had this checking account for 11 years and know my checking account number by heart and did not give XXXX for the last four in the account sequence instead, what happened, unfortunately, is the employee who took my XX/XX/XXXX payment by phone misheard the XXXX as XXXX, which is not an error attributable to me. If so, the " missed payment '' from XXXX XXXX should be corrected on my credit report and, that beginning the basis for my account being closed, the account should be reopened. The customer service representative informed me he would review the audio from the call and return my call with the results of his review, likely within 3-4 days. Later that week, I missed a call from the companys phone number, which I presume was that return call. Unfortunately, the call was at a time that I was in court and could not answer. I returned the call within hours, spoke with a different customer service representative, brought him up to speed on the information I was expecting, and he simply said that the account could not be re-opened and would remain closed. He did not inform me about what the audio of my XX/XX/XXXX phone payment contained. I formerly requested by letter, on Thursday, XXXX XXXX XXXX, that the audio be reviewed. I also requested in the same letter, instructions in writing, as to the companys preferred process of requesting a copy of the same audio for me to review myself. Should the audio reveal that I provided correct payment information, and the declined payment was only due to their employee erroneously entering the payment information I provided, I am requesting that the company report the payment as timely, as I in fact remitted payment timely. But-for the payment info being incorrectly entered on the company 's end, the payment would be complete. At no time after the " missed payment '' did the company attempt contact by phone, email, or physical mail to inform me that the payment did not go through. If so, I could have discovered the incorrect payment entry and corrected it so that the company 's error did not get reported as me not paying timely. Additionally, I am in receipt of a mailing from XXXX XXXX XXXX which indicates that my account was closed due to the perceived non-payment. Because I did in fact submit payment in XXXX XXXX, and the ultimate non-payment was due to no fault of my own, I am asking that the closure of my account be reviewed and reversed. I otherwise have made timely payment for half a decade and do not see any basis for closing the account. This account being closed gravely affected my credit score, which is unacceptable.
