Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/2023 I sent a letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. Over 60 days later, I have not received a response yet. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and being ignored in my disputes. In Section 611 ( a ), it is stated that a failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report. It has been over 60 days so they should be deleted expeditiously. If the accounts are not deleted immediately, I will file for litigation due to the stress you have caused me. My information was also impacted by the Equifax data breach and may have got into the hands of the wrong person.

Consumer Complaint: This letter is a formal complaint that you have ignored my previous request and failed to maintain reasonable procedures in your operations to assure maximum possible accuracy in the credit reports you publish. Under federal law ( 15 U.S. Code 1681i ), you had thirty ( 30 ) days to complete your investigation from the date you received my dispute. Credit reporting laws ensure that bureaus report only 100 % accurate credit information and every step must be taken to assure the information reported is completely accurate and correct. Here is a list of items that were sent in my initial dispute letter that now must be deleted from your database

Consumer Complaint: I am writing to challenge the existence of specific hard inquiry documented in your response from the Complaint ID XXXX. Despite your assurance that the creditor responsible has an internal fraud process, I find it unacceptable that Equifax permitted such inquiry without obtaining my explicit consent as a consumer. Consumer Complaint: I've observed multiple deviations from mandatory reporting standards, raising concerns about the accuracy and completeness of the data in my report. I dispute your allegations and challenge you to substantiate your right to report this incomplete negative information on my credit report. Under 15 U.S.C 1681e, consumer reporting agencies must follow reasonable procedures to ensure the maximum possible accuracy of the information in consumer reports. Additionally, 12 CFR Part 1022 ( Regulation V ) requires furnishers to provide information that is both accurate and has integrity, conducting reasonable investigations of consumer disputes. Deviation from Metro 2 compliance standards, as outlined in the XXXX, jeopardizes the integrity of the data and can affect the accuracy of federally regulated reports. Therefore, I am exercising my rights to challenge these inaccurate and non-compliant items. Ignoring my demand would indicate a disregard for my consumer rights. It is unfair for you to report information that lacks confirmation of its ethical nature and compliance with certified reporting standards. I challenge these claims and request proof of proper reporting standards. Your actions are violating my rights, and I have outlined concerns about your reporting in this document. If not addressed in compliance with FCRA/Metro 2 standards, I will escalate these issues to the CFPB, FTC, and my Attorney General.
