Consumer Complaint: Midland credit management has a collection on my account in the amount of {$890.00} last reported XXXX XXXX and another collection in the amount of {$760.00} last reported XXXX XXXX. That account was sold by XXXX XXXX XXXX and they harass me daily and nightly from different numbers even after my number has been changed. I am not responsible for the accounts and I wish they would stop harassing me and sending letters. They refuse to remove it even after selling my information. I am not responsible for these debts and I have disputed them with no resolution. These companies continue to harass me and I dont know what else to do they are ruining my credit report and stopping me from moving forward with my life due to messing up my credit scores.

Consumer Complaint: I have sent 2 separate VALIDATION of debt request, and the company failed to provide the documents I requested. I requested documents in writing with specific instructions, which the company refuses to produce. The company can also not validate the consumers DOB or SS #. I have asked for information which the company must not have and can not provide. If the company does have this information, and can provide it they have refused. I am asking the CFPB to interject here and force the company to produce the documents, validate my ( the consumers ) DOB, SS #, and provide any instrument which clearly shows the consumers signature. I am also asking the company provide COMPETENT proof of the debt in question. In addition I am asking for legal proof the company has the right to collect this debt.

Until I was served a summons to which I had to appear in court to dispute. Upon asking midland credit management about not receiving any prior notice of original creditors they responded they dont have to provide a letter from original creditor to dispute

Consumer Complaint: This is the 4th time I have to dispute the same bedt collection the XXXX XXXX XXXX sent me a letter stating they were about to delete this account debt collection cause I doesn't belong to me and the debt collector keeps putting this account under my personal credit score affecting my insuramce policy went from XXXX to XXXX dollars due to this matter MidLand Credit Management and XXXX XXXX XXXX are refusing to give me any explanation why there are two accounts under my name making this a complete mess to begin with. Once again this is the 4th time I have to keep disputing this once it gets deleted it comes back after 4 to 6 months violating my rights
