Consumer Complaint: I've been contacting Midland Credit Management and the credit reporting agencies for over a year now trying to get correct documentation to verify this debt, and even offered to pay them. I have not received any responses back over the past year. I gave them time considering the pandemic, but they have yet to respond. I'm attaching all of the letters including the certified mail return receipt notices from XXXX. For proof I've also attached a copy of the XXXX XXXX, credit monitoring report. So, since I have not received a response, the company and the XXXX XXXX XXXX have violated my consumer rights and I would like to have this account removed from credit report with no balance owed, seeing as though I also offered to pay them. They also never put the account in dispute status none of the times that I've disputed the account, and that is a violation of my consumer rights as well.
